5 /5 Bill: I dealt with nearly everyone working at TrustRock during my recent visit and all were knowledgable, professional, and most importantly, interested in resolving my issues on two of my cars. I had to leave one of the cars overnight due to their workload. Not a problem. The issues were resolved to my satisfaction, at what I feel was a reasonable price. Along the way, I found the new owners and the rest of the staff to be friendly and helpful. I cant ask for better than that.

Not only was the treatment we received amazing but the type of care was incredible. Chris is transparent and honest, making sure we got what we needed in a timely fashion and with a reasonable price. 5 /5 Criss Cross: While I had only been a customer with the previous owners shop for 1-2 years, I had admired his honesty and efficiency with servicing my vehicles. Recently I returned with both vehicles and met Chris as I brought the vehicles in. I didn’t discover ownership changed until I picked up my vehicle. Chris seems to have seamlessly transitioned into ownership of the shop and wisely maintained the culture and quality service as the new owner of TrustRock. My vehicles were serviced efficiently and at a reasonable rate, I look forward to utilizing his services for any future vehicle needs.

It’s a clean, small family-owned shop. They were friendly, professional, and up front. Chris, the owner took the time to explain what my car needed without trying to upsell me. It’s been hard to find an auto repair shop in SA that I like. I’m glad I went in, because TrustRock absolutely does live up to its name. It was easy to make an appointment on their website.
