Explained the whole timeline well and I was able to coordinate my schedule and pick up my vehicle after leaving It there for the day. Saved about $400 from what the Ingram dealership quoted me.

5 /5 Ronit Knight: Okay. As I respect honesty, responsibility and honor, I have to practice all of the above myself. I previously rated Martins Auto Clinic one star. I was EXTREMELY unhappy with the results of many hundreds of dollars, literally more like thousands, worth of repairs. Last week, after a less than a year old radiator they installed was leaking severely, I went to another shop. I was told I needed a new radiator and quoted a price. I went back To Martins, I spoke to Joseph and he set me up to have the radiator replaced as per a warranty I forgot I had. They did the work within the day, and I just want to say, THANK YOU. Thats honesty, responsibility, and integrity. I say thats a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ service and Im happy to say it.

5 /5 L P: Was having issues with my car and needed it looked at to figure out what was wrong. Just want to add that I’m a female I dread dealing with mechanics every single time I have issues. I’ve have mechanics try to take advantage of me because I’m a girl and don’t know much about cars. This shop offered to look it over for free. They ended up having my car for several hours and did a very thorough inspection on it and quite honestly, they should have charged me for this and didn’t. They gave me very reasonable options to get my car safely drivable. Instead of pushing to fix it, they recommend not putting a lot of money into my car as it’s 17 years old and high mileage, which I thought was very honest of them. They could have easily said fix all these things for a lot of money and I may have considered it, but the advice they gave was solid and I felt like were not trying to take advantage of my lack of car knowledge like some other shops. I decided to not have any work done and to sell my car after all, BUT this shop has now earned future business because of how honest and practical they were. I really appreciated their honesty. My husbands car ended up having issues this week and we plan to take it there. Definitely recommend this place. They have great reviews and I can see why. Great service and very thorough. If I could give a 100 star review, I would.
