5 /5 Abel Magaña: Great customer service & Excellent experience! I highly recommend Transmission Exchange. Brought my truck thinking I had a transmission problem. But Mr. Frank was able to determine that my problem was not the transmission. It was coil #2. He was able to fix it and now my truck is back to normal. Thank you so much to Frank and his staff.

5 /5 Thomas Hall: I am from Baytown and while driving through my shifting cable broke. They could not get the part until Monday and today was Friday. I unfortunately could not wait. Had to get the part from the dealership in Houston. Problem was I could not shift. The owner did make some adjustments so I could drive. He did not have to do it and even for the time finding the problem and the adjustment he did not change me. I offered but he declined. Very nice people. I also am a Disabled Veteran and am in the process of having a few surgeries so this also helped me out a lot. My thanks go out to him.

1 /5 David Laboy: Nice people very respectful and polite, probably do great work on things they will work on. However, they are not in fact a "complete auto repair" , as stated on the side of the building. So do not ask to have the rear differential rebuilt or gear ratio change, I was told they cant do that.
