It completely fell out the 1st time, I asked for my money back and got told no because services were rendered, but that I could bring him back and they would redo it. I appreciated that. We have gone back for the 2nd time now and it is falling out again in the front. Please do not advertise services that you dont know how to do. I paid $100 for essentially nothing. Will not be going back here for perms. He did get a trim with the perm, and that did look nice.
