TotalCare Emergency Room Garland - Garland (TX)

5 /5 babydoll117: I don’t normally post about experiences but this ER room was truly a 5-star experience. We do not have insurance so cost was a big concern for us. They made sure to explain what to expect and there were 0 hidden fees. They were through with the exam and took time to make sure we understood everything they did and why. The wait wasn’t bad and the rooms are actually spacious.

5 /5 Maya Watkins: This place is great. The staff there had me laughing and forgetting I had a really sore throat! The front nurse at the front counter as well as the male nurses were super awesome and easy to talk to. Will come back again.

5 /5 Tona Weaver: TotalCare ER Team in Garland, was very professional, very caring, and concerned. As soon as I got there I was greeted and treated. They listen to all your concerns. They explain every thing that they are going to do. I had a very good experience.

5 /5 Natasha sifflet: Dr Brent Armstrong and his team took awesome care of my son. My son woke up in the morning with terrible back pain and vomiting. This was a terrifying experience for the both of us. We got to the ER rang the bell and was greeted right away. They took very good care of him and showed us they cared. Dr Armstrong and his team explained everything that was going, they were very professional. I never thought that we would end up in the ER that same week after just driving by there and seeing the place few weekends prior. I was happy that by the time we left my son was fine. Thank you for everything. My son is doing great since that morning. I would definitely recommend this place.

5 /5 Veronica Arndt: This place was a Godsend!!! We were treated with respect and they took care of my son like their own. My son had a horrible stomach pain and vomiting. They quickly got him taken care of. Im so thankful they were able to help my son. Thank you all for everything. My son is doing great!
