University Behavioral Health of Denton - Denton
Teboni Washington: I wish I could say our experience at UBH was positive, but unfortunately, it was anything but. As a parent, I put my trust in this facility to provide proper care for my child, but what happened instead was shocking and deeply disappointing. Despite my clear instructions, my child was given medication I never approved—on top of being overmedicated with a dangerously high dosage. The lack of oversight and disregard for my consent was not only negligent but could have had serious, even life-threatening consequences. What’s worse, when I raised concerns about this, there was little to no follow-up. No real accountability, no genuine effort to make things right—just avoidance and empty reassurances. Head Nuse Angela "Angie " never kept her word and followed up and made a bold statement she would handle the matter like it was her child. Paris Hood never followed up with Rct information or any after care for that matter so many pleasant voices filled with little to know action. Mental health care should be about healing, not harm. No family should have to go through the fear and frustration we experienced here. I can only hope this review encourages other parents to ask tough questions and demand transparency before trusting this facility with their loved ones. Light, Love and Endurance to the parents that are not allowing facilities nor "the system" to fail their child/children
Mayhill Hospital - Denton
Nancylee Weaver-Murrell: If you ever want help. DO NOT GO TO MAYHILL There are good nurses and some who work work just for a paycheck not serious and could never ever be helpful or caring They gather in groups that drink coke n food they laugh behind patients. I also When I came in they said I was suicidal. Really I am the kind that care about others When I was at hospital , Denton. They were trying to figure out why blood pressure and sugar was so high I told my husband I felt like I was going to die Welp a nurses or someone said I was suicidal They said they wanted to send to rehab. All. It is is where people are treated horribly They grew to know I cared and always let them know they are a person and cared for I talk to them and sit and they knew they could talk. Never saw anyone to do such much less care Several ask to go and lay down but they would get you out then lock up room and about 40 People share one restroom Thats unhealthy they let place day room. So knew day crew nurses I asked if it could help by cleaning up. They said thank you and appreciate Night shift came on hell broke lose. I was cleaning up I washed with rags I got down on floor wash floor. Wipe down chairs plus the walls My way of saying thank you. Well was picking up trash Several watching TV Well I raised up and hit head on hard on TV cabinet. Bloody and a duh feeling. Others were telling nurse I believe head She ran in saying what happened They told her I was hurt and said badly. She did nothing never even looked at head I still have a scar. I am going to do my best to get this with help from our lawyers and others. This is wrong I feel I deserve $, for my pain And suffering. Not a settlement. It will be lawyers handle Funny after I got hurt they were cleaning. Day shift were caring and was they saw to your needs. Night shift you need to take classes again. Would replace night shift Yes I filed a grievance with insurance and they told a whole new lies. Said I was never violated by night aid. Touching play around verbal hugging said he would love to model a shirt with out pants. Even have contacts with several in day room came up touching and insulting He kept saying it was his auntie. I also suffered head injury. Day
Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital: Emergency Room - flower mound - Flower Mound
Frank Phillips: Communication and status checking at this facility during weekend hours is not impressive. How is it that a hospital with 888 beds only has 1 Dr. In the ER. We checked our minor son in at 830pm on a Sunday evening, were immediately taken to a room, only to have been forgotten until 11pm, then procedure started, interrupted and here we sit at 1AM with our any one checking in to see how he is doing. In a community like Flower Mound we can do better. Generally we have been satisfied and occasionally impressed with the health care providers here, but unfortunately not this evening, and the worst part is our son is who has to endure the lack of urgency and attention. Try harder Texas Health Presbyterian Emergency Room team.
Methodist Southlake Medical Center - Southlake
Shannon Rice: Ariel in radiology/OR was just the sweetest! She helped me feel relaxed, calm and comfortable while getting some radiology testing. This was my first time ever getting a CT and I was a little nervous. She was very thoughtful and got me a warm blanket and let me know of expectations of length with each testing. I could tell she genuinely cared about my needs. Someone please give her a raise because that kind of kindness can not be taught and is very rare to come across! Thank you so much! I hope I spelled your name right :)
Weight Loss Specialists of North Texas - Denton
christina bigler: By far, this is one of the most well-run doctors offices that support a very skilled surgeon who works tirelessly. Dr. Ayoola is extremely knowledgeable and helpful in providing patient support and care for the long haul. There are no hidden fees or pop-up costs. (I love that part.)
Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Southlake - Southlake
TMInvestigates: The medical staff especially my pre-op nurse Marcy who provided an exceptional patient experience. I’ve never had an IV that didn’t leave huge bruises - thank you Marcy! She went the extra mile taking an EKG and any other tests to ensure I was in good health for the surgery. From the welcoming check in to the comfortable environment, efficient processes, respectful interactions, and being well-informed throughout the treatment process this was one of the best experiences ever.
Texas Health Breeze Urgent Care - flower mound - Flower Mound
John T: Great urgent care facility. I was able to get an appointment, and I was ushered into a room shortly after arriving. A med tech got my vitals and a description of the issue almost immediately, then the NP saw me a few minutes after that. She was super-nice and very competent. All in all, outstanding service.
MD Family Clinic - denton - Denton
Briggitte Campbell: I’m not sure the staff there is really qualified to give patients effective care. I’ve never in all my 50 years heard of a medical professional stating that they could listen to a patients body and tell if they had diabetes or not. I am finding a new PCP for my son. He has a condition and needs the best care possible.
Surgery Associates of North Texas - Denton
Marge Taylor: Very pleasant experience as always. Staff is always very nice, courteous, pleasant, helpful and caring. Dr. Cruz is the best. He is always upfront and honest, always tells you how it is and doesnt sugar coat things. But he explains things in a nice way and ways that you can understand. I wish all doctors was like Dr. Cruz. As I said before he is the best.
Flower Mound Family Physicians - Flower Mound
Vyjayanthi Vinni: Dr. Malick doesn’t give time to ask any questions. I just get to answer her when I tell my symptoms. She comes in and rushes too fast to get out. I don’t get a chance to express any concerns that bothers me. It’s always like that, she doesn’t recommend any tips to relive pain. Just gives medication to be collected from pharmacy. I was waiting for an hour, paid a high copay for 30 seconds sickness check up!
