Victoria Attaway: I called 4 days in a row to see about getting my subframe looked at. This place was specifically recommended to me by another shop in Groves, being "the only shop that does this work unless you go to houston." I called 4 days in a row due to them being booked and seeing when they could fit me in, however, EVERY SINGLE TIME I called I told them whats wrong. "Subframe is needing to be checked" is specifically what i said. Each time, they said no problem and that they would be able to take a look at it with a $50 fee. Great. Finally get a spot in line, we get there, and we are told "we havent done that type of work in 20 plus years. I dont know why you got recommended to us." Mind you, its the same person we talked to on the phone. What???? So confused. They must not have listened to a word I said. They completely lied to our faces... I wouldnt recommend this place at all.

Carolyn Okervall: Found this place through friends when I first moved to Beaumont 2 years ago. One of the nicest people you would want to meet. Good old fashion pump service is more than enough reason to return over and over. Especially love Ladies Day on Wednesday. And as an extra special feature there is a mechanic garage that can fix most things or at the least send you to the right place. These people were extremely helpful as I went through the procedures for getting my car registered and ready for inspection in order to transfer my out of state license to Texas license. Give them a try, they are great!
