I came to get my car checked for a humming sound, and they found the issue the same day and worked to get it done that same day. The staff was amazing at keeping me updated with what was going on and what my options were. I had to replace both front wheel bearings and hubs. They were very willing to work with me, and even with it being easter weekend, really pushed for the best repair job. They care for their customers and want to get you back on the road safely. Very grateful for them and the time they took on my car.

Even though their vacuum pump had failed and were unable to complete the service, they were very communicative and transparent during the entire process, and they still gave my vehicle a free detailing. Due to my low conductivity coolant on my Ioniq 5 needing to be flushed immediately, I did elect to have my vehicle serviced elsewhere. However, Id still like to give my praise to College Station Hyundais service team, and Id easily recommend them to anyone nearby.

    Lesa Colson: Went to start my car at 4:00 pm and the battery was dead. In order to change the battery, you have to remove the front wheel. My normal place to take my car to couldn’t get me in until the next morning. I was left scrambling to find someone to work me in before closing time. Midas in College Station was happy to do it.     Samuel Smith: They “fixed” our rear bumper, but that really means we had to come back 3 more times to get it fully done! The first time we left, the back was barely attached and we were missing inside plastic pieces. Then a few days later we started hearing noises from the back, and learned they didn’t screw in any bolts into our back trunk! And now after it got fixed, our back trunk fills up with a ton of water when it rains, and dumps over us and everything else in the trunk when we open it. And lastly, they sanded down the paint and repainted it and it’s very noticeable. Very poor experience.
