Friendly and knowledgeable advisors, knowledgeable and experienced techs and the inspection and tire rotation was included. Did not try to upsell me at all. The tech found a broken load sensor arm, apparently left by the last dealership to service my truck, and as he had an extra one from a previous job, he bent the bracket back into place and replaced it for free. After all that, it was still the fastest diesel oil change I’ve had done. Will definitely be back here for all my service for as long as I’m in the area.

The team at the fast service center was fantastic—super helpful and professional. The technician assisting me was awesome, walking me through everything clearly. However, I was a bit embarrassed when they showed me my air filter—it was shockingly dirty, like it hadn’t been touched in years! I even asked to check the bay to confirm it was mine, and sure enough, it was. No fault of theirs; they were just being thorough and helpful. Overall, great service, and I appreciate their attention to detail, even if it led to a humbling moment for me! I’d definitely recommend College Station Ford for their excellent customer service.

They came out to our house and checked it here, taking a weight off my shoulders. Everyone I spoke to was very kind and they made things incredibly easy! Great service!

Midas - College Station

Lesa Colson: Went to start my car at 4:00 pm and the battery was dead. In order to change the battery, you have to remove the front wheel. My normal place to take my car to couldn’t get me in until the next morning. I was left scrambling to find someone to work me in before closing time. Midas in College Station was happy to do it. I appreciate Eric working me in and he was extremely courteous. I would go back!!

Caliber Collision - College Station

Samuel Smith: They “fixed” our rear bumper, but that really means we had to come back 3 more times to get it fully done! The first time we left, the back was barely attached and we were missing inside plastic pieces. Then a few days later we started hearing noises from the back, and learned they didn’t screw in any bolts into our back trunk! And now after it got fixed, our back trunk fills up with a ton of water when it rains, and dumps over us and everything else in the trunk when we open it. And lastly, they sanded down the paint and repainted it and it’s very noticeable. Very poor experience.

Jordan: Cannot recommend this place enough. Had car issues while in Big Bend..there were zero shops in the area open on weekends. Gave Brandon a call and he graciously opened for us on a Sunday so we could figure out what was going on. The mechanic very quickly diagnosed the issue (in about 10 minutes). They did not rip us off and helped us figure out options. Seriously…best shop in the area. Do not go anywhere else. This is the ONLY place you want to take your car!!

Big Bend Auto Repair ((was BAM automotive )) - Alpine

Cyn B: I recommend this shop. I had a flat in Big Bend National Park, found out the last person to work on my car cross threaded my lug nuts. Once we arrived the owner had the threaded part cut off and replace, then took the rim to the tire shop to have a new one put on and returned. They were friendly, professional and went way above to help. Id use them in a heartbeat if I was in town again.

Amy Mackie: Car owners, beware! Please read reviews and save yourself hassle. I went in for an inspection, with cash and a paper copy of my insurance. I passed with no issues. Unfortunately, all three employees were exceedingly harsh and rude, and for no reason. I had all the required materials. My children were calm and quiet and well behaved. I wasnt talking loudly on my phone or playing music or games on it. We interacted very sweetly with the adorable office pug. And yet, I was spoken to very rudely, especially by the middle aged man who sat behind his computer and spoke to me, still from behind a screen, never making eye contact, couldnt see his face. If I need another inspection, I will happily drive hours away to get it. If I ever need car repairs, I am grateful there are other shops in town; with which my husband has already successfully worked. I have no idea what these peoples problems are, but they are clearly serious and deep seeded.
