The staff have always been kind, professional, and very knowledgeable with no issues with any of the services I’ve received. I especially have always enjoyed getting massages from Ashley who always makes me feel like a brand new person when I walk out of the door! There is no other place to go for your spa needs!
What made me finally do a review was my latest experience with Leigh and Alyssa who completely transformed my hair. I went light blonde about six weeks ago and it progressively became more splotchy in the back with a big contrast in colors despite an attempted correction. I came to the retreat to have it fixed with so much anxiety that I would run into the same issues and that it still wouldn’t be fixed. Leigh couldn’t have been more kind or compassionate over my previous experience and took the time to really go over expectations and options with me. My hair came out even better than I expected and I literally had tears in my eyes all the way out to the car that I was “myself” again. I have so much more confidence and less anxiety over my hair now with my new color! I couldn’t thank Leigh and Alyssa enough by the end of my appointment. Thank you thank you thank you!!
