Indulge Nail Spa - New Braunfels (TX)

1 /5 Caitlyn Stade: I understand that I am not paying someone to talk to me but the gentleman that did my nails could not keep a conversation. ( could clearly understand me just would ignore me ). Constantly got on HIS cell phone and didn’t come across as friendly. I’ve never had a problem with my nails chipping but the day I got them done they chipped . Not worth the 65 . But Tina ( who did just my design) was amazing and super sweet !

1 /5 Tanya Erin: I brought an a set of press on nails because I wanted them to match the length and the shape. The lady had massive attitude when I try to check the length against the sample I wanted. She told me she didnt need to look at my sample. So I didnt get the shape I wanted and I didnt get the length. Theyre all different lengths. Ive been getting fake nails for 35 years this is the first time they didnt even put any cubicle oil or clean up all of the little skin tags around the nails the guy doing nails next to her offered this to his client and watching. When I told her about the cuticle oil and cleaning up the skin she tried to charge me more. The third time Ive been to this place and the second bad experience. This lady had an attitude the entire time and it was the most unpleasant manicure Ive ever gotten.

5 /5 Dennis Klatt: Great service. She had an idea on color she wanted. Tech was able to help find the pearl she was after. I enjoyed the relaxing foot and leg massage. Would go again.
