I’m not from Texas but whenever I visit the area I definitely will return to get a manicure and pedicure. I recommend the Nail Factory if you wanna receive excellent services.

Clea Garza: I had Kelsey and she did the best job on both my full set and my pedicure! I got a regular express pedicure, but I am very ticklish and she noticed and accommodated to that right away. For my full set I asked for a french tip with black instead of white and I can honestly say that this is the best set of nails I’ve ever received! She did exactly what I wanted and was very kind and gentle throughout the whole process! My mom came with me and got a regular mani/pedi as well and they look so amazing as well! 12/10!

Brenda Clair: I’m not one to complain because I believe everything is a learning experience…. BUT I have to say I am greatly disappointed in the work that was done on me. Went in to the Edinburg location last Friday and today is Thursday, so not even a week and two nails literally have broken in half… I realized a few days after getting them done that the acrylic was filed down to the nail extension and then covered with gel polish, which is probably why I couldn’t tell there was pretty much no acrylic on the nail. I’d gotten these nails for a special occasion but turned out to be not so special when the whole time I’m trying to conceal my hand to prevent from showing the missing nail, mind you I was out of town for this so I couldn’t just drive back to the salon. I’m sorry for this establishment, but I don’t recommend it.
