Miss Nails - McAllen (TX)

1 /5 Brenda Clair: I’m not one to complain because I believe everything is a learning experience…. BUT I have to say I am greatly disappointed in the work that was done on me. Went in to the Edinburg location last Friday and today is Thursday, so not even a week and two nails literally have broken in half… I realized a few days after getting them done that the acrylic was filed down to the nail extension and then covered with gel polish, which is probably why I couldn’t tell there was pretty much no acrylic on the nail. I’d gotten these nails for a special occasion but turned out to be not so special when the whole time I’m trying to conceal my hand to prevent from showing the missing nail, mind you I was out of town for this so I couldn’t just drive back to the salon. I’m sorry for this establishment, but I don’t recommend it.

1 /5 L Ramirez: I got a fungus infection on my foot after getting a pedicure done, I called to let them know and see if they were able to remove the shellac for me, and they still charged me 10 dollars to remove. The lady just told me to buy silka, that once she got a fungus also from another salon and that’s what she did. I don’t complain about the money, but if im coming to a salon to get a pedicure, I would at least expect for it to be clean.
