1 /5 Rebbecka Ramos: Unprofessional business that does not respect customers time. I do not recommend bringing your business here if you value your time at all, they will simply waste it. Despite updating our appointment time, receiving a confirmation, multiple follow up texts and messages- I arrived to my appointment to find the building locked and my nail tech nowhere to be found. It turns out she didn’t check her schedule for two days since the appointment time changed and was not prepared for it. Overall, the business is very unorganized- you will definitely be treated better at other nail salons in the RGV.
