Adam N-A: This place was fun, affordable, and accommodating. Best parts: It was quick to get into the room. The staff were very helpful, and they answered our questions/gave hints quickly. The experience was affordable. Some of our party showed up late and we were not penalized at all. Not good parts: The location is not super easy to find, it is within a larger complex of rented rooms/office spaces. Part of our group waited by the wrong entrance in confusion. The room was mediocre. I had a fun time, but have been in better escape rooms. Some of the steps were pretty convoluted, beyond what a normal escape room has.

Li Na (娜爷 AM1050ē¾Žé£Ÿē…ēŠę¦œ): My recent visit to Menil Park was an unexpected delight that left me feeling like I had discovered a hidden gem in the heart of Houston. Although my plans to visit the Menil Collection museum were thwarted by its closure for Easter, my friend suggested we explore the surrounding area, and Im so glad we did.As we wandered through Menil Park on that Sunday afternoon, I couldnt help but feel a sense of awe and wonder at the vibrant atmosphere. The park was teeming with activity, from people practicing yoga to families enjoying picnics and meditation sessions. One particular highlight was stumbling upon the Texas Meditation Groups serene gathering, complete with fragrant incense and beautiful instruments creating a tranquil ambiance. The park itself is a sight to behold, with lush greenery, colorful flowers, and sculptures scattered throughout. The Millennial Joining Institute adds to the parks allure, offering a space for artistic expression and contemplation. The chapel with its water fountain and sculpture inside provided a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. What struck me most about Menil Park was its accessibility and versatility. Whether youre seeking a quiet stroll, a picturesque spot for photos, or a place to let your furry friends frolic, this park has something for everyone. The sense of community and harmony among visitors further enhanced the experience, making it a truly memorable outing. In conclusion, Menil Park is a true gem that deserves to be explored and appreciated by all. Whether youre a local looking for a peaceful retreat or a visitor seeking a taste of Houstons vibrant culture, this park offers an experience like no other. I highly recommend a visit to Menil Park—its a place where beauty, serenity, and creativity converge in perfect harmony.

    B. Edwards: This is a pretty cool real arcade experience for kids! All arcade games are absolutely free... just walk up and press "start". Food vs value is questionable, but they are in business to make money, so I get it. The food was pretty good. Pizzas, super cheesy and delish.... pizza rolls, hot, lightly crisp exterior crust w/ dipping sauces.... thumbs up for sure! The drink machines may need a very thorough cleaning as a few dispensers were spewing black stuff. Id return with my kids for the experience alone as they truly dug the place.

Hope Ogunbamiyo: Contrary to its name, this is not actually a park. This is a small collection of abandoned buildings that have been painted with murals and various art, by local artists. It’s a great place to take pictures and capture some of the feel of H-Town. There are also places close to grab photos of the skyline. USE CAUTION if alone. There is a homelessness presence in the area.

Hesam Rezaei: Memorial Park is one of my favorite spots in Houston. My wife and I often come here for hiking, and we really enjoy the variety of trails—some are paved and easy, while others lead deeper into the woods for a more natural experience. It’s a peaceful escape right in the middle of the city. We’ve spotted armadillos, rabbits, turtles, and lots of birds on our hikes. It’s especially rewarding to go in the early morning or late afternoon when wildlife is more active. The trails are well-marked and maintained, making it easy to explore new routes each time. One thing to keep in mind: parking is paid. Some areas charge $6.50 for a full day, while others are $2 for three hours. It’s worth it, though, considering the quality of the park and its amenities. If you’re into nature, photography, or just want a good walk, Memorial Park is a gem.

Rafa Islam Diba: I booked a city tour and a NASA tour with this tour service and I have to say it was amazing! Everything was very organised and done on time. First I went into the cafe and checked in, then they gave me wristbands. I waited around until it was time to board the double decker bus which took us around the city and our tour guide, I believe his name was Ben, he was absolutely amazing. He made nice jokes, told us about the monuments, history and so much more which was very insightful. He was also very cheerful. 10/10. After the bus ride was over we were dropped at the same spot and after a 5-10 mins break we boarded the next bus to NASA space centre. They dropped us off around at 12 and picked us up at 4.20. Everything was pretty good, the staff were really nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend their services. I would suggest booking tickets online because it is cheaper compared to in person or their official site.
