Hope Ogunbamiyo: Contrary to its name, this is not actually a park. This is a small collection of abandoned buildings that have been painted with murals and various art, by local artists. It’s a great place to take pictures and capture some of the feel of H-Town. There are also places close to grab photos of the skyline. USE CAUTION if alone. There is a homelessness presence in the area.
    Memorial Park - Houston

Hesam Rezaei: Memorial Park is one of my favorite spots in Houston. My wife and I often come here for hiking, and we really enjoy the variety of trails—some are paved and easy, while others lead deeper into the woods for a more natural experience. It’s a peaceful escape right in the middle of the city. We’ve spotted armadillos, rabbits, turtles, and lots of birds on our hikes. It’s especially rewarding to go in the early morning or late afternoon when wildlife is more active. The trails are well-marked and maintained, making it easy to explore new routes each time. One thing to keep in mind: parking is paid. Some areas charge $6.50 for a full day, while others are $2 for three hours. It’s worth it, though, considering the quality of the park and its amenities. If you’re into nature, photography, or just want a good walk, Memorial Park is a gem.

Rafa Islam Diba: I booked a city tour and a NASA tour with this tour service and I have to say it was amazing! Everything was very organised and done on time. First I went into the cafe and checked in, then they gave me wristbands. I waited around until it was time to board the double decker bus which took us around the city and our tour guide, I believe his name was Ben, he was absolutely amazing. He made nice jokes, told us about the monuments, history and so much more which was very insightful. He was also very cheerful. 10/10. After the bus ride was over we were dropped at the same spot and after a 5-10 mins break we boarded the next bus to NASA space centre. They dropped us off around at 12 and picked us up at 4.20. Everything was pretty good, the staff were really nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend their services. I would suggest booking tickets online because it is cheaper compared to in person or their official site.

Sadie: Had a great time here, ended up escaping thanks to the help from our game master. Kai was super sweet and very friendly! Her patience and friendliness made the experience much better! I also love that you’re able to book with just two people, some escape rooms make you join a random group.

Karla A: I really enjoyed walking through the grounds, taking in fresh air, catching the scenic views but most of all, the quite I experienced was truly appreciated. It felt like an oasis in this big city. I would definitely recommend going during the week when theres less foot traffic. There are so many shaded spots where one can sit and enjoy a good book.
