They have a quiet room with complimentary snacks and drinks to prepare for your service as well as lockers, showers, and changing rooms. I saw a sauna. They offer massages, facials, and other body treatments. They also sell gift certificates which are great to get for family, friends or yourself for a future self-care day. While there I enjoyed a Body Balance massage with Bertha who was so friendly and attentive to the areas I needed most massaged. I could tell she was experienced and that she made sure I was comfortable at all times. I’m looking forward to coming again.
