Texas Tech Physicians: Surgery - Amarillo (TX)

5 /5 N C: They were just great. I got a little lost as a new patient when the systems went down which was a bit upsetting but they rectified so well, I have to give a 5 star. My concerns were heard and my fears brought way down by the Dr. And attending student. And want to mention how pleasant their staff is!! Medical things can be scary and uncomfortable so having the face of the department, (administration) being just top notch really makes a difference.

5 /5 Chrislen Paige: my experience with Dr. Hansen was incredible, from the first phone conversation with the staff to the end of the appointment. the office staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, with incredible communication. Dr. Hansen was able to give me answers, provide me with a solution, and communicate it to me in a way where i understood the whole of the situation and what was needed moving forward, while also being conscious of the delivery of the information (because, let’s face it, no one WANTS to have hernias that need surgery.) i look forward to meeting with Dr. Hansen and seeing the office staff again, and i feel more comfortable and confident about my situation knowing that i am in incredibly capable hands.
