5 /5 Kristina Esparza: So I ended up having a four day stay at medical city of Dallas due to preterm labor, and that has to be the best hospital that I have ever been to and I’ve never ever been admitted but if you’re ever in a situation where they have to send you there. You’re in the best hands you’ve got nurses And doctors 24 seven they check on you make sure everything is fine. Make sure you have everything that you need. It truly was the best experience but very scary experience for me for why I had to go.

5 /5 Rhonda Bain-Ragsdale: I had to have 10 surgeries on my left hip, plus other surgeries in the past 10 years. Ive been to several hospitals and rehabs in the DFW area.This is by far the best experience Ive had regarding hospital doctors, nurses, patient care technicians, rehab staff, including OT and PT, social workers, meal planning technicians and even house keeping staff. All staff members make your care a priority. I cannot name just one employee over another one. They have all been friendly, caring and supportive of your care. I feel very qualified in making Medical City Hospital, Medical City Heart and Spine and Medical City Rehab the best. I was admitted 02/19/25 and discharged 03/10/25. Ive been to all the above hospitals during my stay. They all deserve a 5 star rating in my book.

5 /5 Chel Watson: One of the best hospital experiences Ive ever had. All of the staff was friendly and supportive during my stay, especially nurse Tori. She helped get me through my terrible labor pains and comforted me until I was taken back for delivery. The pregnancy suites are also a must if youre delivering here. 100% worth the price, it literally felt like we were staying in a hotel the entire time. Thank you to all of the staff for making my 1st pregnancy experience a wonderful one.

5 /5 Boye Oden: I can’t thank Nurse Gladys De Paoli(LVN) enough for her kindness and dedication during one of the hardest experiences of my life. When I struggled to get a response from anyone, she stepped up, followed up, and made sure I wasn’t left alone. She didn’t just treat me as a patient—she treated me as a person. Every time I called, she was responsive, caring, and ready to help. She took the time to listen, advocate for my pain management, and ensure I felt supported. Her compassion went beyond just doing her job—she truly cared. Medical City is lucky to have her. If every nurse showed the same level of commitment, patients would feel so much more supported. Thank you Nurse Gladys for being a light in a dark time. Your kindness won’t be forgotten

5 /5 Darla Jones: I visited the ER and was seen very quickly. All of the staff that I personally dealt with were friendly, kind and compassionate. I wasnt admitted for overnight treatment but feel like if I had been I would have continued to get the same care that I received in the emergency room.
