5 /5 Farhana: Everyone at Collin County ENT -Frisco is very professional and extremely friendly. Dr Tony Peter is an outstanding Surgeon. He is the one of the most patient and compassionate Doctors I have ever encountered. He takes the time to understand each of my questions patiently and professionally and then addresses them. The surgery went well, and he addressed my issues effectively! His medical assistant Christina Nguyen is very attentive, professional and courteous. Dr. Tony Peter and his Medical Assistant Christina Nguyen continue to take excellent and compassionate care of me.

5 /5 Scott Striegel: Been seeing Dr. Tseng for over 20 years. I cant say enough about him. Great doctor, great staff. The care there is excellent. He does allergy care for both me and my wife as well as anything ENT related.

1 /5 Melanie: The doctors are fine, but their billing practices are terrible. They owed me over $650 because they require prepayment in full when scheduling a procedure. It took me calling them repeatedly to get them to refund me months after insurance paid out. They’ll make promises to credit your credit card, but then say later they only issue checks. If you don’t call them, they just keep your money on your account if you ever come back I guess. I had to call to get any communication from them for over payment. If a patient was known not to pay bills I could understand poor treatment, but this was completely unwarranted in my case. My family won’t be returning to this practice.

5 /5 L. G.: Dr. Peter is a charismatic, knowledgeable and understanding doctor. His office staff is friendly and helpful. I normally dont give five stars but this office truly deserves it.

3 /5 AN: After a procedure, you will not see your ENT again. You are deferred to a NP for all follow ups, which will be a 60 second appt. It is very hard to get ahold of them when calling, you’ll leave a portal message as directed and instead of addressing your concern there, they will call you back asking you to call them. You call, nobody answers, round and round you go. Communication needs to be improved, and if it’s important to you to see your actual specialist for follow ups, go elsewhere.
