I would like to thank the receptionist today for going above and beyond making our little girl feel comfortable. She is always energetic, and has a great personality. To the amazing NP Rachel for being friendly and efficient. Also to Elle, MA for always having a smile and willing to help. This is a great location to visit if you need something quick.

Adrian Caraveo: Very very bad service and experience! I called in to this JPS on 23 of February 2025. And they told me that they didn’t have their next dental appointment till 25 of February 2025, while being in pain with my wisdom teeth, not being able to sleep, not being able to rest not be able to think correctly or work to my full capacity. Now I have been waiting for over two weeks today is the 7th of March 2025 I have called them today to see what is going on. They told me that I was going to receive a phone call in roughly 2 weeks that’s my reason for calling in. So when I spoke to the clerk, now she’s telling me that I have to wait another week while being in pain just to get into the oral surgeon’s schedule! This is really bad service horrible terrible! They don’t even care that I am in pain and cannot work accordingly and cannot sleep accordingly either.

Mackenzie Hughes: I moved to Fort Worth about 3 years ago and needed to find a new doctor and my coworker suggested Dr. Todd Cowan. I haven’t had the best experience with pervious doctors so I wasn’t expecting much and was pretty anxious about the first visit. My first visit was with Meredith, she was and still is amazing!! She really listens when you talk she genuinely cares about what you are saying, she isn’t trying to rush you to get to the next patient or just prescribe you a bunch of medicine that will make you a zombie. You can tell that she genuinely cares and that was the first time I’ve ever felt really heard at a doctors office. And she is like that every time I see her she’s it’s just so kind and has a very calming and caring vibe. 10 out of 10 recommend!! My next visit was with Dr. Todd Cowan, again I was nervous because he’s the top dog in there, hands-down, the best doctor I have ever had. He is so friendly he’s funny, and he also listens and cares about every single one of his patients and he remembers you. that man is busy all the time but he’ll remember who you are and I think that’s pretty amazing. Again 10 out of 10 recommend Recently, I’ve started to see Laura, and Laura is absolutely amazing. She is so cheerful and easy to talk to. Any concerns that you have the will put your mind at ease, any question you have she’s going to have the answer for it, but she explains it in a way that doesn’t make it scary. She’s really made me start thinking about my family medical history and making sure that I am doing the right things to take care of myself and stay healthy and she also remembers everything you talked about last time I know that they have Notes in the system but she remembers little details again, you just feel very heard like someone is listening and cares. She just has a very bright energy when she walks in the room. She’s super easy to talk to, It doesn’t feel like you’re at the doctors. The entire staff from front desk is back office is amazing everyone is so friendly. This is the best experience I’ve ever had at a doctors office. I’ve referred a few friends here and they have had the same experience, and that speaks volumes. I know this is long, but if you’re looking for a doctor that actually cares about you. This is it!! 10 out of 10 across the board!!
