JPS Medical Home Northeast Tarrant - Euless Adrian Caraveo: Very very bad service and experience! I called in to this JPS on 23 of February 2025. And they told me that they didn’t have their next dental appointment till 25 of February 2025, while being in pain with my wisdom teeth, not being able to sleep, not being able to rest not be able to think correctly or work to my full capacity. Now I have been waiting for over two weeks today is the 7th of March 2025 I have called them today to see what is going on. They told me that I was going to receive a phone call in roughly 2 weeks that’s my reason for calling in. So when I spoke to the clerk, now she’s telling me that I have to wait another week while being in pain just to get into the oral surgeon’s schedule! This is really bad service horrible terrible! They don’t even care that I am in pain and cannot work accordingly and cannot sleep accordingly either.
Todd Cowan, MD - Fort Worth Mackenzie Hughes: I moved to Fort Worth about 3 years ago and needed to find a new doctor and my coworker suggested Dr. Todd Cowan.
I haven’t had the best experience with pervious doctors so I wasn’t expecting much and was pretty anxious about the first visit.
My first visit was with Meredith, she was and still is amazing!! She really listens when you talk she genuinely cares about what you are saying, she isn’t trying to rush you to get to the next patient or just prescribe you a bunch of medicine that will make you a zombie. You can tell that she genuinely cares and that was the first time I’ve ever felt really heard at a doctors office. And she is like that every time I see her she’s it’s just so kind and has a very calming and caring vibe. 10 out of 10 recommend!!
My next visit was with Dr. Todd Cowan, again I was nervous because he’s the top dog in there, hands-down, the best doctor I have ever had. He is so friendly he’s funny, and he also listens and cares about every single one of his patients and he remembers you. that man is busy all the time but he’ll remember who you are and I think that’s pretty amazing. Again 10 out of 10 recommend
Recently, I’ve started to see Laura, and Laura is absolutely amazing. She is so cheerful and easy to talk to. Any concerns that you have the will put your mind at ease, any question you have she’s going to have the answer for it, but she explains it in a way that doesn’t make it scary. She’s really made me start thinking about my family medical history and making sure that I am doing the right things to take care of myself and stay healthy and she also remembers everything you talked about last time I know that they have Notes in the system but she remembers little details again, you just feel very heard like someone is listening and cares. She just has a very bright energy when she walks in the room. She’s super easy to talk to, It doesn’t feel like you’re at the doctors.
The entire staff from front desk is back office is amazing everyone is so friendly. This is the best experience I’ve ever had at a doctors office. I’ve referred a few friends here and they have had the same experience, and that speaks volumes. I know this is long, but if you’re looking for a doctor that actually cares about you. This is it!! 10 out of 10 across the board!!
Methodist Mansfield Medical Center - Mansfield JasA: 10/10 Recommend this hospital!!! Do not let the bad reviews discourage you. I had my gallbladder removed this week and the way the entire GI staff took care of me, they were so hospitable, informative, and I truly felt like they treated me as a family member. Thank you nurse Ruthann you were absolutely amazing, as well as Brittany she was so informative with every step of the way, and a huge THANK YOU to Dr.Parcells for removing my gallbladder without any complications.
I gave birth at Medical City Arlington and it was my worst experience ever, I was coming here with a little discourage based on the reviews and my past experience, I’m glad I gave them a try. So grateful, thank you Methodist Mansfield.
Texas Rehabilitation Hospital of Fort Worth - Fort Worth Darius Evans: My name is Darius, and I have been a patient at the Fort Worth location since the evening of Friday, February 14, 2025. My admission was prompted by a fall that occurred the previous Monday, leaving me in need of rehabilitation to regain my ability to walk. Faced with the daunting prospect of therapy, I felt anxious about finding a facility that would provide a supportive and reassuring environment.
After exploring my options, I was given the opportunity to transfer to Texas Rehabilitation of Fort Worth. When I arrived, it was late in the evening, and most of the staff had already finished for the day, creating a quiet atmosphere that added to my anxiety. However, as soon as I met Shelia, the nurse assigned to me for the night, I felt a sense of relief.
What truly stood out, though, was Angel, the patient care technician who was responsible for my care that night. From the moment I rolled through the doors, Angel exuded warmth and compassion that immediately put me at ease. She welcomed me with a genuine, radiant smile that conveyed a sense of comfort. Her friendly and approachable demeanor was far beyond mere professionalism; it felt as if she genuinely cared about my well-being and was invested in my recovery journey.
Angel took the time to explain the processes I would undergo and answered my questions with patience and clarity. Her kindness transformed what could have been an overwhelming experience into a welcoming environment. For that, I am profoundly grateful. In those initial moments, I felt a glimmer of hope and reassurance, knowing I was in good hands as I began this challenging journey toward healing and regaining my independence.
I would like to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation for several staff members who have made my experience here so welcoming, especially considering I have only been here for the weekend so far. My nurses, Shelia, Francis, and Robinson, along with one other nurse whose name escapes me at the moment, have truly impressed me with their professionalism and compassion. Each of them exhibits a remarkable level of dedication to their work and goes above and beyond to ensure that I am comfortable and well taken care of. They are attentive to my needs and have made it a priority to ensure that I never feel neglected.
Additionally, I cannot praise the patient care techs, Angel and Lisa, enough. Their support has been outstanding; they check in on me regularly, ensuring I have everything I need and that I am doing okay throughout the day and night. In today’s world, it can be challenging to find individuals who genuinely care for others, but it is clear that Angel and Lisa take immense pride in their responsibilities. Unlike many who are solely focused on financial gain, these staff members exemplify a true passion for their roles and for providing exceptional care to their patients. Their commitment to helping others is a breath of fresh air and does not go unnoticed.
I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the physical therapy and occupational therapy teams. They have been wonderful throughout my recovery, and I appreciate the personalized one-on-one sessions and engaging group activities.
The food has pleasantly surprised me; I initially had my doubts, but the meals are fantastic, thanks to the dedicated dietary team.
I’m excited for Monday when I’ll meet the rest of this remarkable team. Their commitment to my recovery has made a significant positive impact, and I look forward to continuing this journey with them.
