1 /5 Reina Liles: I’ve been a patient here since before they moved location and have had some of the worst experiences. Sierra is lovely, but I had to stop going because of the receptionists. They are always extremely rude and even caused me to have a panic attack. Today, I called to make an appointment out of sheer necessity and was once again met with the most awful woman i’ve ever spoken to. I have on multiple occasions been refused refills on my medication, even if my appointment was a week away, because I hadn’t been in for a check up. A few months ago, I came in for my appointment and the receptionist told me she wasn’t able to tell me how much my appointment was going to cost. I tried to leave as I wasn’t comfortable being seen without knowing the cost, and she charged me a cancellation fee. If you want your health to always be a question mark, this is the place to go—-I was contacted about this google review by the manager. After being spoken over, my concerns disregarded, and being discriminated against about my age, i was then hung up on and called “little girl”. Since leaving a review, instead of them trying to see my point of view, I was dropped as a patient. Clearly, they do not care about anyone or their experience, they only care about how their office looks, even though they proceed to be awful. To the manager I spoke to today, if you’re so concerned with your office’s image, maybe treat your patients with a little respect.
