3 /5 Hannah Abbey: Unsatisfactory experience overall. 3/5 because it was clean and they were friendly. I did the Renew pedicure, which is advertised on their menu to include paraffin wax and a massage. I did not receive the paraffin wax or massage. When asked I was told the sugar scrub application was the massage and the cold lotion washed off with a room temp wet towel was the wax. All in all the $50 Renew pedicure was only worth about $25, you receive cuticle treatment, sugar scrub and lotion with polish for $50. For the manicure, my previous color was not fully removed. They left chunks of the previous red color all over the fingers, cuticles, and under side of my nails. They did not fill grind out around the nail beds after they dipped the powder which resulted in jagged, thick nail beds that are painful in the cuticle area and you can see the old nail color around all my cuticles. Total cost was $115 and I immediately left there and drove 20 minutes to my normal salon who completely removed and re did the dip powder/manicure and did a 20 min foot massage all for free.
