Tameaka Williams Kim and Tina were amazing! Kim was my nail technician, and she truly outdid herself—I couldnt be happier. I live two hours away, and Im actually considering making the drive just because the service was so excellent. I can confidently say that anytime Im in town and need my nails or a pedicure, this will be the place I go! My husband got a pedi also not sure of the lady name but he left happy.

Joanne Kahlke Because of the name of the salon, I tried it one evening on my way home from work a few years ago. I had already tried 3 other salons and was not happy. I was fortunate to have Kim R (who was new at the time) available to take me as a walk-in. She did an outstanding job and has been doing so, ever since. I highly recommend her.

Cassie Chan Service was so good! I was offered hot or cold drink and even reminded for bathroom breaks. The place was nice, clean, and cute. The manicure was relaxing. I got the Japanese gel and Kumi had super good attention to detail. Shaping and building the nail to be even! Will definitely come back and recommend to anyone wanting to try!

Tiffany Amerson My girls and I live Blush! They always take their time and are very detailed oriented. Our nails (dip and gel) last longer and get chipped less frequently than when we go to other nail salons. Everyone there is so kind and always calls you by name. Ambience is great in there too. Super cute!

Hannah T My husband and I came here for pedicures and had a lovely experience with Lysa and another tech I didnt catch her name but was wonderful to work with. I have used Blush for wedding manicures and a pedicure before too. The staff are always super friendly, helpful, and attentive to personal requests. I keep coming back even though its a bit of a drive because of the quality of service! Last time I was here I got my mani/pedis from Henry and he was great too. I have sensitive skin and he listened to my requests for not cutting cuticles, etc. and was careful to follow through. I find its hard to get service like that at other nail salons in my area, and Blush has been consistently excellent so far!

naijayemm The technician was nice but her techniques weren’t good except being gentle removing extra skin from my cuticles. She used too much alcohol on my nails before applying some bond and the bare coat. She cut too deep into the side of my nail on the skin which started to bleed, and it hurt throughout the manicure. I received a gel manicure and the total cost was $56. This is too much for average service, and I do not like my nails. The massage was subpar and very very light. It might as well never happened. Considering how pretty and the effort put into the interior, this effort needs to be put forth with quality techniques and actual manicure service with the polishing, clipping and filing of the nails. Fortunately, the receptionist was friendly, and offered drinks which is appreciated. I really wanted to like this spot but I will not come back again. I’m disappointed. I’ll just stick with Miniluxe for manicures or figure out how to do my own nails. Edit: The manager called me the same day to apologize. She spoke with the technician who did my nails. The manager did offer redo my gel manicure with another technician which I appreciated. So I’ll increase my rating to three stars. I didn’t go back for a redo because I didn’t have room in my schedule.

Dana Stewart Reygadas I love Signature Nail Salon in Plano! They are always very attentive, they do great pedicures and always remember me and my daughter. The owners are so sweet and take time to talk to my daughter, and get to know us. I highly recommend them! You won’t be disappointed. Check them out, they are located right next to Kroger off 121 and Coit.

Black Mariah This is my favorite nail salon! They do amazing work on everyone. I didnt know my nail broke in the nail bed & the technician caught it. She was very gentle, brought it to my attention, repaired it & now you cant tell it was ever broken. It didnt even hurt! I will continue to this location as long as Im in this area. Its even worth waiting another day if theyre too busy. The quality service, customer rapport and pricing... youll have to show me better than Signature Nail & Spa. Also I notice, massages, facials & hair removal services where their clients are quite pleased with the results. Try them out, just tell them to leave a seat open for "five colors."

Hena Zaki I went for a regular manicure and the lady was so sloppy she didn’t even properly pull my cuticles down or clean up my cuticles and I still have hangnails. She also cut my ring finger which was very painful and bloody. My polish was so messy, my 7 year old could have done it better. After I was done she just walked away without putting on a fan. After 10 mins I managed to get her attention to put on the fan so I could dry my nails. I only gave 2 stars bc they had a lot of polish colors to choose from. I would not go here ever again.

Laura Lanzillo Well - I found my new nail salon. Tia gave me a polygel manicure and it’s exactly what I was looking for. She took her time, was knowledgeable about how the gel & paint would come together for the final look and was very meticulous without being slow. I’ve never had someone take so much care in ensuring I didn’t leave with a bunch of product underneath my nails - which is always annoying to find after leaving an appointment. Excited to return!

Red Ranger I would not recommend this location. Set an appointment for 10:30 , two walks in came in after me and were seen before me. I sat in cold water for over 30+ minutes. Finally the lady came and turned the warm water on but left me unattended again and it overflowed soaking my shoes and the salon floor. The pressure and digging in my nails was horrible. I was disgusted that the same finger she was digging into my toes was so DIRTY and all the utensils that were used were not sterilized , tried to use a scalpel to remove my gel . Nothing was clean before or after use. She was very aggressive on nail bed and my chair was soooo uncomfortable . I declined to use the cheese grater for my dead skin and she became Upset because she wanted to upcharge me 5$ for it but I declined it in the beginning because it’s not good for your skin and can cause infections. Had to point out multiple mistakes ,crusty caked on towels were used on me and my time was not valued here. On top of the horrible cigarette smoke that filled the salon , bugs filled it too as well as talking badly about the customers you are serving. You would think you would watch what you say if you don’t know tiff your customer speaks your language too. They called customers lazy and fought over not taking certain clients The photos looked promising but if you’re used to great CLEAN service you will also be disappointed. Will never come back

J Sangha April is an ARTIST!!! I have always been very self conscious about my hands....not anymore. She has given me back to back beautiful nails that have lasted for weeks. Nails are NOT CLUNKY and they stay in place....went almost 4 weeks between my 2 sittings do far. Needless to say, I am a FAN! The negative review you see is misleading because this place is under new management as of 2 months ago. Give her a chance....you will not be sorry!!

Darri Kay (Kari) While looking for a new salon to get my nails done, I came across Elegant nail and spa. They were extremely nice, welcoming, and eager to help. Sadly I wasnt expecting much since my experiences with salons in Plano have been disappointing but Elegant exceeded my expectations and has definitely earned a new customer.

I routinely get pedicures, but even still, I had a couple of lingering challenges when I saw her for the first time today, and she completely took care of those. Tanisha W. Mindy really took her time when helping my 89 year old grandmother who is diabetic. She thoroughly explained what she was doing. She gave advice on how she could better care for her feet. She recommended products to buy and where to get them. She is a perfectionist and I really appreciate her. I was very scared since my grandmother is diabetic but Mindy did a superb job!!!!

Tai R. Kim did my nails and gave me exactly what I wanted! I never caught the name of the gentleman who did my pedicure, but he was also great! My nails were awful and long overdue when I walked in. Not only did my nails match exactly the way I wanted, but the shape was perfect as well. The people here are so friendly. Loved getting to chat with everyone.

Jayna Brennen Ruby is my go to for nails. I’ve been on the hunt after my nail lady moved out of state (again)! She recently moved back and I told her sorry, I like my new lady too much. She’s quick, and doesn’t miss. Highly recommended Ruby. After having a baby, I’m back in my long nail girl era and can’t wait to add more designs to the collection.

Tyler Yarbrough When I walked in, the man - who I assume is the owner - pointed to a sign indicating that they only accept appointments and stated that they were booked for the week. He then escorted me out of the salon and locked the door behind me. It was very strange and felt discriminatory.

Angelica Castillo The couple who runs this business is so sweet. After my nails were done drying, I was asked if I wanted to stay to finish watching a movie. The whole time I was there the couple was very accommodating and theyre perfectionists when it comes to nails! Will be back again for sure.

Jenny Delucio Recently moved to Plano area and came in last Thursday to get Gelx nails and pedicure. Staff was friendly, although I did feel like I was being rushed when choosing my color. At first the color I picked looked nothing like the sample mail they had so I picked a different one and ended up loving the color. When in the process of applying the nails and shaping I asked for square and repeatedly kept saying square. They lady ended up making them coffin and I let it be as it didn’t look horrible.. 3 days passed and I started noticing my nails were super bendy which was weird since I’ve gotten GELX nails multiple times before and they’ve never had this “effect” to them before & now 4 days later they’ve gotten to the point where they’re already breaking and I’ve been avoiding messing with them. Haven’t gone in to inform them as I hate being “THAT CUSTOMER” but at this point I’m very unhappy as i paid $95 for both nails and pedicure and it’s only been a few days and they’re already messed up.

Caylee Kat I wanna say, no hate at all to the sweet lady that did my nails. She was very kind as was the rest of the staff. They weren’t rude in any way. However I left feeling very disappointed. I came in with a HORRIBLE set. I’m not one to usually say anything, and suck it up but these were bad. I needed them fixed. This salon was one of the few by my house that were open past 6. The lady kept the tips I had on already. She just drilled off the design and reshaped them as well as added dip powder. The shape of the new set is in fact pretty good. I showed her a design I wanted which was a bit easier than the design I came in with. I didn’t wanna stress her out trying the original one I wanted. Based on other people’s pictures and the many of sample nails around the salon I saw, I figured it would be pretty identical to the picture. I also tried to confirm with the nail tech that she could in fact do it. She said yes. (There was a language barrier so maybe it wasn’t communicated right on my end) I will say, once I got out of the salon and really started to look at the new set, I was very disappointed. The gel on top is very not even. The design is very poor. She did also charge me for a full set and I didn’t wanna be rude to her in the moment, but it was not at all worth the 75 dollars I got charged. I could tell the design was a challenge for her in the middle and I should have just asked for solid colors at that point. Which I didn’t do. Attached in the pictures is what I came in with, and what I left with as well as the inspiration.

Brianne Sargent -89 stars would be fitting. don’t come here unless you’re just driving by and waving. i’m not sure where to begin. every service provided could have been done by me at home for far less money. my partner and i treated our daughter to a manicure and pedicure for her birthday. we decided to get pedicures along with her. i’m no girly girl by any means but i like my pedicures done a certain way. my water was cold the entire time and even though i got clear polish, it’s pretty standard to use more than 1 coat. my feet lookin pruned like i’ve been in the tub for 3 hours. my partner’s pedicure is awful. they gave her the wrong color at first, then when the polish was “removed” it wasn’t removed all the way. once the “correct” coat was put on her nails just looked dirty because of the subpar nail polish removal. cuticles were NOT trimmed properly nor were her toe nails filed evenly. 1 foot looks completely different than the other. when i explained to the manager that my partner was not satisfied with the the service, she tried to first “fix it” and my partner explained that she just wanted the polish removed and that she didn’t want to spend any MORE time there. there were almost 3 attempts at fixing her pedicure. when i then tried to explain that she was not just concerned about the polish (which the manager offered a discount for removing the polish), but that the entire service was unsatisfactory, here comes the “you people just wanted stuff for free”. we ALL know what that means, so i ABSOLUTELY turned up. just because we’re telling you that ONE out of THREE of us was completely unsatisfied does not mean we are trying to pay for absolutely nothing. the police were called and the manager said “call them. they come here all the time”. all of the red flags could have summoned moses from the dead to part the red sea. so, boom. she keeps cutting my partner off (which we have videos) when she’s trying to speak calmly, saying a bunch of disrespectful RACEY stuff and being rude. when the police finally came, she morphed into another person. and had the nerve to CRY. smh. if you want to waste money and argue with the manager, this is the perfect place for you. if you actually want a reputable manicure or pedicure, i’d advise NOT going here for that. you might as well get stevie wonder to do it. be blessed, beloved.

Regina Johnson I went to this place today. I give it zero stars. they refused me because he said I was confused. I have been getting my nails done all my adult life. went to reign nails and was very happy. My color was not good enough for them.

Jia Tang Decided to give this nail salon a try as it is extremely close to home. Glad I did! The facility is super clean and the gentleman who assisted me at the front was very kind and attentive. What’s even better is their work! I walked out of the salon super satisfied. The two who working on me made sure I liked both my nails and pedicure, asking for reassurance throughout the service. Wish I would have found them sooner! They are very well priced as well!

Ashley Drott My husband treated me to a mani/pedi and we visited today for the first time. I loved the experience and the nails turned out super cute! My feet feels super smooth and moisturized too. My nail request was a pink gel cat eye style for both my hands and feet.

Ruchika Mahale My first experience with this place was good. Cindy did my nails and it was great. So I decided to go for second time. But my today’s experience was horrible. Cindy was busy so some other lady did my nails. It was hurting me and my nails turn out to be so bad. I don’t know what to do with these nails now. I have attached the photos. These are right after my nails were done. I am soooooooo disappointed. After paying $40, you get this.

Kat Miau Went in with my mom yesterday to try a new nail place. The person who did my dip nails was rushing the entire time. The thing that looks like a drill bit to smooth out the nails cut into my cuticles and fingers so many times, 6/10 fingers are bandaged up with neosporin because they burn from pain. They bled and scabbed over. If you can’t take me, tell me! I’d rather come in another day than be cut up because you were rushing! So now I have new nails that are covered by bandaids because even just washing my hands with soap burns the cuts. What a waste. Gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the lady that did my mom’s nails was super nice and precise.

Suzanne Mitchell I have been going to this salon for 23 years they are awesome they will match your toe color to your nail color perfectly. I have acrylic and Cam will do color tips then rest natural color Im always getting compliments on my nails. All three ladies are sisters and they get along really well. I drive from Little Elm to have my nails done here if that tells you anything.

LeNae Smith Just terrible one week later my disastrous dipped coffin style nails are peeling horribly. They are lumpy and shaped poorly and she rushed me out the door I do not recommend. She was more concerned with her client who came in after me and ask me to wait while she serviced her.

Hank Riely I was in town for work and needed my nails done so I stopped in to Sen. wow!! I was extremely impressed!! I got a full set of dip nails which turned out amazing!!! My back was hurting from traveling so I decided to try their massage since they had a massage chair. Let me just say, that was the BEST decision I couldve made!! By far one of the greatest massages Ive ever received. Deep tissue and he worked out all my knots and the hot stones were the cherry on top!! He took his time which I loved because so many seem rushed. After he was done he put tiger balm on my neck & back which Im about to go buy. I would HIGHLY recommend Sen!! Extremely professional, clean, kind and amazing service!!

Corinne Ondrasik I found Sen Nail bar on Instagram and was so impressed with their designs and have been dying to try them out. I finally went in and it was so amazing. I haven’t found a nail salon in the area that does half the job. I already can’t wait to go back. Tim was ready exactly when my appointment time started and took his time to make sure my nails looked great. I have been bragging about them ever since.

Shadi Keshavarz I was referred to this salon by a friend, and I’m so happy I found them! Tim is my go-to nail tech, and he is absolutely amazing. I’m pretty picky about my nails, and he always takes his time to make sure they come out perfect. The attention to detail, the shape, the design, everything is always flawless. Plus, the salon itself is clean, welcoming, and has a great atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Hannah Abbey Unsatisfactory experience overall. 3/5 because it was clean and they were friendly. I did the Renew pedicure, which is advertised on their menu to include paraffin wax and a massage. I did not receive the paraffin wax or massage. When asked I was told the sugar scrub application was the massage and the cold lotion washed off with a room temp wet towel was the wax. All in all the $50 Renew pedicure was only worth about $25, you receive cuticle treatment, sugar scrub and lotion with polish for $50. For the manicure, my previous color was not fully removed. They left chunks of the previous red color all over the fingers, cuticles, and under side of my nails. They did not fill grind out around the nail beds after they dipped the powder which resulted in jagged, thick nail beds that are painful in the cuticle area and you can see the old nail color around all my cuticles. Total cost was $115 and I immediately left there and drove 20 minutes to my normal salon who completely removed and re did the dip powder/manicure and did a 20 min foot massage all for free. Go to Majestic Nail Bar on Preston in Plano for services with the exact same pricing but 10/10 quality every time. Not here.

Tania Martínez I made an appointment through class pass and drove 30 min from my house when I arrived Judy was the rudest and most rude person to me, I let her know I had Two appointments, for hands and feet and first she denied it, then she went into her calendar and literally there were my appointments listed. To which she literally replied well I cant attend to you and went on to sit and continue attending to the girl that was with her, she literally ignored me and I never heard an "Im sorry" or a solution. My husband called the place and she literally handed the phone to the customer to explain to my husband what was going on and the customer was the nicest thing lol sounds so crazy but thats how my day was today. WORST PLACE. Ty Judy for ruining my day

Ramon Allen As a man who likes a good manicure and pedicure, I know how the process works. The times Ive been here to get either a manicure or pedicure, they always try to rush me out. It seems as if they dont care about men who want a basic manicure and pedicure because its not an elaborate sale. There are too many nail shops are here in Plano who practice this policy. My money is just as good as anyone else. I have yet to find a shop that treats me like a valued customer. They way you treat me will determine your tip. Its very frustrating. So now I have to go home to shape my nails the way I like them. I told them specifically what I want and as always, they never listen. My cuticles were not pushed back enough nor trimmed evenly. Nails were cut and filed unevenly too on both my hands and feet. AND they did not buff my nails....smh They added that oil and lotion on them to say, "Look at shine"...GTFOH! Not to say your process will go the way mine has gone but I know I definitely will not be back at this shop to spend my money.

Allan Bosko I love this place. I bring my mom who is in her 90’s and occasionally granddaughters. They do an excellent job. They do a much more thorough job on my NextGen(dipped nails) than other places i been to over the years and I appreciate how long they last. The clinicians there are all very sweet!
