1 /5 Ruchika Mahale: My first experience with this place was good. Cindy did my nails and it was great. So I decided to go for second time. But my today’s experience was horrible. Cindy was busy so some other lady did my nails. It was hurting me and my nails turn out to be so bad. I don’t know what to do with these nails now. I have attached the photos. These are right after my nails were done. I am soooooooo disappointed. After paying $40, you get this.

Jenny Delucio: Recently moved to Plano area and came in last Thursday to get Gelx nails and pedicure. Staff was friendly, although I did feel like I was being rushed when choosing my color. At first the color I picked looked nothing like the sample mail they had so I picked a different one and ended up loving the color. When in the process of applying the nails and shaping I asked for square and repeatedly kept saying square. They lady ended up making them coffin and I let it be as it didn’t look horrible.. 3 days passed and I started noticing my nails were super bendy which was weird since I’ve gotten GELX nails multiple times before and they’ve never had this “effect” to them before & now 4 days later they’ve gotten to the point where they’re already breaking and I’ve been avoiding messing with them. Haven’t gone in to inform them as I hate being “THAT CUSTOMER” but at this point I’m very unhappy as i paid $95 for both nails and pedicure and it’s only been a few days and they’re already messed up.

Red Ranger: I would not recommend this location. Set an appointment for 10:30 , two walks in came in after me and were seen before me. I sat in cold water for over 30+ minutes. Finally the lady came and turned the warm water on but left me unattended again and it overflowed soaking my shoes and the salon floor. The pressure and digging in my nails was horrible. I was disgusted that the same finger she was digging into my toes was so DIRTY and all the utensils that were used were not sterilized , tried to use a scalpel to remove my gel . Nothing was clean before or after use. She was very aggressive on nail bed and my chair was soooo uncomfortable . I declined to use the cheese grater for my dead skin and she became Upset because she wanted to upcharge me 5$ for it but I declined it in the beginning because it’s not good for your skin and can cause infections. Had to point out multiple mistakes ,crusty caked on towels were used on me and my time was not valued here. On top of the horrible cigarette smoke that filled the salon , bugs filled it too as well as talking badly about the customers you are serving. You would think you would watch what you say if you don’t know tiff your customer speaks your language too. They called customers lazy and fought over not taking certain clients The photos looked promising but if you’re used to great CLEAN service you will also be disappointed. Will never come back

Dana Stewart Reygadas: I love Signature Nail Salon in Plano! They are always very attentive, they do great pedicures and always remember me and my daughter. The owners are so sweet and take time to talk to my daughter, and get to know us. I highly recommend them! You won’t be disappointed. Check them out, they are located right next to Kroger off 121 and Coit.

Christian Polizzi: I made a two hour appointment the day prior and it took almost three hours on a Saturday mid-afternoon. This was including design consultation consisting of a composite of three different Christmas nail ideas and removal of my previous dip set. The time it took was perfectly understandable. This was my first time at this nail salon and I highly recommend it. I wentwith Gel-X nails and they use Apres not their own. I wanted a sculpted look. Everyone at this establishment were very polite, professional and kind in every way. Mia was my nail technician from start to finish and she is truly talented, an artist by every right. I have definitely found my new nail technician. Mia is very gentle, detail oriented and precise. I left a very happy customer and with exactly what I was asking for. I could not be happier! I will definitely be coming back in the new year. The first photo is the set I actually wound up with whereas the rest are the individual design ideas themselves.

He was quick but detailed and did a wonderful job. The salon is beautifully decorated and very clean. The person answering the phone/working the front desk was very kind. The service start to finish was absolutely amazing and I left looking cute AF
