Matt Calhoun: Ive been seeing Dr. Troutt for about 4 years now, and he and his staff have always gone out of their way to accommodate me however and whenever necessary, including appointments over the telephone, calling in antibiotics when I was unable to come in for a visit, etc. He is successfully treating a couple not so fun illnesses. He takes the time to get to know and actually have conversations with all of his patients, and creates an environment where his patients are comfortable sharing personal info, medical and non medical. He is one of 2 Doctors I can remember ever having a normal conversation with.
Janice Stewart: Great place to take your animals. So friend and accommodating. The people are so caring. The vet is super nice and really cares about your animals. We have been going there for 4 years. I wouldnt go anywhere else.
Lisa Matthews: I came to Lamb Healthcare Center because my mother had been cared for so well there 2 times prior to my stay. I knew the care I would receive there would be excellent and I was right. I couldn’t have asked for better care from the nurses, doctor, CNAs, physical therapist, and even the food was very good! They all went above and beyond great care -they actually really care about the patients. I would not hesitate to go there again if I needed rehab care.
Ashley Carbery: The provider and her staff are wonderful! She always listens to the concerns and gets straight to figuring out what is wrong with my kiddos. I recently had to go in for a visit for myself and she got me back to feeling good in no time!
My favorite part, is she genuinely cares about her patients! Most urgent cares are super dry and everyone is strictly business. She has a beautiful aura in her facility and a great bedside manner. 10 stars from my family ❤️
Judy Randell: My son has been to the er twice this week tell me he is just fine that it’s viral the doctor on call didn’t even want to come in the room stood at the door acted like he didn’t care to be there told him everything that was going on hardly walked over to my son checked him out asked me if I wanted labs done then told me he didn’t need them said you want a x ray so you can be at ease no I want something done the nurses where great but the doctor could of been more caring the other doctor we had the other day showed more care telling me to come back if it gets worse just to come back an get told he’s fine not a very happy mom right now
