Today’s nurse, Nina approached the entire experience with calm professionalism, kindness, and education. She answered his and my questions and provided a lot of peace and education to help me understand what he’s experiencing and what he can do to help improve his symptoms.
I live across the country and worry about my parents’ health, and knowing that they are being seen regularly by an organization that employs such kind and patient nursing staff.
I can’t overstate how much peace it brings me to know that there are people who take caring for our seniors to heart. Thank you for what you do.
