1 /5 Jeanette Malone: This facility with Dr. Cain is the worst. I have called for my husband 3 times now since yesterday. He tested positive for covid early Monday morning. I left a message with the staff who passed it on to Dr. Cain. They sent a prescription through Express Scripts, after I kindly asked they send it to the local pharmacy so that I could pick it up. Express scripts is a mail order service, so while Monte suffers he is supposed to wait for this medicine. I also clearly stated he just tested positive and the doctor and staff misinterpreted my statements and said due to the fact Monte had been ill for 72 hours (not what I said at all) the Covid medicine would not be worth it. I called back the next day, today, early morning and repeated everything and asked please, please send meds to local pharmacy. They stated they would prioritize this message. By 3:30, after no response and no medication at local pharmacy, I called again. Now its almost 6 pm and we still have no meds and no relief.
I do not recommend this physician nor this office.
