1 /5 Brig Thompson: 3 strikes and you’re out! I’ve been a Sport Clips customer for many, many years. But after my experiences with this location, I’m done. Sub-par stylists, complete lack of professionalism, and at my last and final visit, the stylist was even combative with me over the online check-in process. And even though I did everything I was supposed to do as a customer—reserve a stylist and checked in online, then at store, etc., I was still forced to wait almost an hour past my time I was told to be there.
When I confronted the stylist about it, you would expect a “so sorry for the wait”, but instead I was told I didn’t understand how things worked and went on and on trying to defend the “policy”. Worst cut so far here and least professional employee as well.
Was also told the owner would reach out to me, but that never happened.
Done and moving on.
