Raquel Gundert Michelle did a beautiful job on my eyebrows. The shape and color were perfect. She’s a perfectionist when it comes to eyebrows. I also had a facial done. So relaxing and my skin looked amazing. I highly recommend this spa. Beautiful surroundings when you get your treatments. The pricing is great!

Molly Boyd I have had the Pixel laser treatment on my face for several years now at least once, sometimes twice/year. Michelle Littlejohn is the absolute BEST at this procedure. She is kind, compassionate, informative and very experienced! I will never allow another person to do this laser treatment other than her. That is how much confidence I have in her! My results are amazing each time!!

Sarah Blangger I have been getting my lashes done by Alondra for over a year now. She is the best! I am constantly having people ask me who did my lashes. When I started coming here my previous lash tech told me I couldn’t have the volume lashes that I wanted. She was able to give me full volume lashes that look good with my eye shape. Y’all don’t settle if you’re unhappy just book here instead it’s worth it.

Marian Swafford I cannot say enough wonderful things about Alex. I came to her after a horrible/botched lash lift from another studio. She was super quick to respond, and got me in the following day. Alex evaluated my eyelashes and went above and beyond to make sure I was informed about further treatments and to ensure the safety of my lashes and skin around my eyes. She gave me product and tools to help build my growth back and walked me through the steps. She explained every last step in detail with promoting the actual safety of my skin/lashes. Not only does she take great care of the esthetics portion, she’s incredibly sweet, kind and warm. Her space is so cozy and inviting. I’m so glad I found her!

Paul Raul does a pretty decent job and for $12 you cant beat it. Raul has his grandson working there cutting hair now. The grandson gave me one of the worst haircuts I have ever had. The grandson missed entire patches of hair. Im not talking one hair Im talking over a dozen hairs were missed completely. I understand he is family but if your grandson cant cut hair, dont let him!

This place had been recommended to me before by one of their customers so I decided to give them a try. I am very particular when it comes to my sons haircuts & I can say I am extremely pleased with the service we received. On top of that the customer service was excellent. We walked in and were greeted right away. Overall great experience & definitely recommend.

Moises 101 Was looking for a place that could give a bit more than a standard haircut—saw their pictures on google reviews and knew they would exceed my expectations. *These guys know what they are doing.* It’s a clean and professional space with lots of amenities if there’s a wait. I was in and out of there with the cleanest haircut I’ve had in less than 15 minutes. Great people, great haircut, 10/10 recommend

Jessica Grisham Quincy did such a great job with our 4 year old! I was wary of getting my son’s hair cut bc he has thick, mixed hair and is sensory sensitive to sounds. The only problem was getting my son in the chair, after that, Quincy took over and worked his magic. Highly recommend!

Tranae Harvey Unprofessional staff, Came into the store today and all the workers were standing at the front chatting, No one greeted me and they all walked off before I could ask someone for help, after searching around the store for someone. I finally asked someone could they shade match me, the young lady who was extremely nice told me that she would find someone and that she would have help me herself but she had an appointment coming in shortly which I totally understood. I stood by the foundation waiting patiently for assistance meanwhile other customers came into the store and were greeted and helped. I went back to the associate who was waiting for her appointment to arrive and asked her could she call someone again to help, she then stated to look for the lady in the pink dress, after looking and not finding the lady in the pink dress I finally just gave up and left, Ill just drive a little further and go to the Midlothian location next time

Romeo Achu My wifes hair was messed up at this location. First, we were asked to show up at 5:45AM, which we did. The hairdresser was not there. We had to call to get her off her bed, and she showed up late without an apology. She will not let my wife evaluate progress to make sure the right thing is being done. My wife decided to trust her. We paid for hair treatment, but we received just a hair wash and not treatment. Secondly, there is a stack difference between the picture of twisted braids that was used to request the service and what was done. The twisted braids were scanty on my wifes head. The hairdresser requested that we bring 5 packs of hair extension, but she used just one (hence the scanty braids on the head). The hairdresser scheduled multiple people on the same day and rushed through the braids because, at some point, she had to start multitasking between customers. We were completely dissatisfied with the job, and when I gave her feedback, she got defensive. I should have given it a 3 star if she would be punctual and accept feedback without putting up a show. Hair-do was unsatisfactory, and the stylist/hairdresser was impolite and defensive. I would give less than 1 star if it was possible. $280 spent + cost of extensions + time wasted +and poor services are the reasons I would not recommend this place to anybody.

Brig Thompson 3 strikes and you’re out! I’ve been a Sport Clips customer for many, many years. But after my experiences with this location, I’m done. Sub-par stylists, complete lack of professionalism, and at my last and final visit, the stylist was even combative with me over the online check-in process. And even though I did everything I was supposed to do as a customer—reserve a stylist and checked in online, then at store, etc., I was still forced to wait almost an hour past my time I was told to be there. When I confronted the stylist about it, you would expect a “so sorry for the wait”, but instead I was told I didn’t understand how things worked and went on and on trying to defend the “policy”. Worst cut so far here and least professional employee as well. Was also told the owner would reach out to me, but that never happened. Done and moving on.

Miranda Ross Had hair extensions done. Paid $185 and left looking like someone did my hair in the dark. Really upset that Devanie let me leave looking like an idiot. Hair was not blended with my hair at all. As for the salon I’ve never had an issue until now. Unfortunately, I won’t go back.
