5 /5 ahlah faisal: Hey just got done at ulta PAIGE was my girl there, she made sure that i got everything i needed. She gave me an hour almost of her time and i am sooo happy with their customer service… swatched soo many foundatins and got the accurate one all thanks to my girl Paige.

1 /5 Tranae Harvey: Unprofessional staff, Came into the store today and all the workers were standing at the front chatting, No one greeted me and they all walked off before I could ask someone for help, after searching around the store for someone. I finally asked someone could they shade match me, the young lady who was extremely nice told me that she would find someone and that she would have help me herself but she had an appointment coming in shortly which I totally understood. I stood by the foundation waiting patiently for assistance meanwhile other customers came into the store and were greeted and helped. I went back to the associate who was waiting for her appointment to arrive and asked her could she call someone again to help, she then stated to look for the lady in the pink dress, after looking and not finding the lady in the pink dress I finally just gave up and left, Ill just drive a little further and go to the Midlothian location next time

She really knows her stuff and went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident in my choices. I left the store feeling so satisfied and excited to try my new products.
