5 /5 Dee Qt: I recently started visiting this clinic because I heard great things about Dr. Jacqueline Falcon. Im happy to say that she really listened to me. Our visit was about 30 min just discussing my issue. Not many Doctors do that anymore. I feel seen and she didnt hesitate to make an order for further examination. The front desk staff was extremely kind as well, especially Esmer. Super patient and sweet. Im surprised to see the other reviews.. but I will say give Dr. Jacqueline Falcon a chance !! She just moved to this clinic and I can tell she really cares about her patients.

1 /5 Myrna Garcia: My parents had the worst experience with Dr. Dario Arrango this past Wednesday. Dr. Arrango proceeded to yell at them as to why my father didn’t go to the emergency department if he felt that bad, that he didn’t even look sick, very dismissive. He was yelling at them and asking if they were listening, like if they were children. My parents didn’t say anything and just left, changed providers as soon as they got home.

1 /5 Andrea Rivas: Worst doctors experience with wife and husband that work here. Not only was I misdiagnosed TWICE. I was groped without any consent by female doctor here. She proceeded to grab my lower pelvic area without any warning or ask and it was a completely traumatizing experience no patient should go through. Sharing this experience so nobody will else will go through this. This happened a while back and still stays with me.

1 /5 Mike: This review is for the office of South Texas Health System. Clinics Family Medicine at the address 5407 S McColl Rd B, Edinburg, TX 78539. I only go to the doctor when I am sick. Today on 11/20/23 I am sick. I called this clinic because the online Google listing says that they are open. Its 3:21pm now. The young lady who answered the phone said that their clinic is OPEN But there are NO DOCTORS available to see patients because they are both out of town. This is the most idiotic thing I have ever heard. Thats like a grocery store saying they are OPEN They have no food to sell to customers. To the 2 Dr Arangos who work there, if you are not available to see patients then your business is CLOSED that day. You need to change your Google listing to say that you are CLOSED. It doesnt cost extra money to call Google and say "can you set my online Google listing to show that I am closed for 3 days, thank you Google for your magic technology that allows me to let people know that we are NOT really open today". I know the excuse the doctors will say is, "what if some patients need to call the office to ask some questions". Well thats okay, they can call the office and your staff will be there to answer the calls but that DOES NOT mean you should show on Google that you are open for business.
