Sonia Gonzales: Brandi Webbs knew some details with COVID SARS Co -2, understood about the medicine on this virus. She made time to listen me thru Video Relay Interpreter Service.
Big Spring State Hospital - Big Spring
Chris B: My mother was in this hospital three times, I believe, from the 1950s into the 1970s. She would start acting really crazy. My poor dad and her brother really didnt want her to go but they really had no choice. She was schizophrenic and I would say it was probably diagnosed as severe. She would get shock treatments and in 3 months she would be home. She was quiet and unresponsive at first and eventually back to normal (relatively speaking).Slowly she would return to her crazy ways and the cycle repeated itself. It was a weird childhood for me and my brothers but I think my dad hurt the most. For the most part me and my siblings did ok but it could and should have been better. I know that it could have also been much worse so I thank God every day for his help and guidance.

Cynthia Moffett: I had a massive stroke, 5 years ago. I am semi paralyzed on my right side. Dr. Manish Shroff would be my primary doctor. He would not, never feel kindness and compassion towards his patients. Dr. Shroffs nurse was so rude and hateful to me. I know now, I will look for a primary doctor. Dr. Shroff would not be a doctor for me

viv powers: Very disappointed. Im on social security and they quoted $10 then changed it to $76. I paid that then saw a nurse practitioner and had a balance of $14 after I saw her. Next appointment will be 50 or 76 or whatever. I will not be back and do not recommend anyone else. So if I pay the extra 14 thats 90 plus 4 for my bp med. From 10 to 94. Seriously!!!

J C: Literally the worst hospital to ever go to. It never fails, every time anyone of my family members has an emergency and are forced to come here, it is the worst service. The doctors are a joke, they do not care at all about their patients. The wait times are ridiculous. The rest of the staff are incompetent. You come to a hospital to seek care and most of the time come in scared, and the doctors have the audacity to laugh in your face when you ask for tests or ask to speak to them in general. Sitting here in the ER with my mother who’s bp is in the 200s and the doctor comes in laughing and refusing to treat her symptoms because my mom mentioned she had the flu days ago. Doctor said oh yea that’s what it is and when I asked if we can run tests just to be on the safe side he laughs again and says why, it’s not medically necessary and I’m not doing anything just because you ask. They give her only something for a headache and that’s it, meanwhile her pulse is dropping and her bp is staying elevated and O2 dropping. Make the drive to Odessa instead if you want actual medical care because this place is a joke. It needs to be shut down.
