1 /5 Terri Becker: I recently visited Smiley Nail Salon in Celina, and it was one of the worst manicure-pedicure experiences I’ve ever had. While the salon has a stark, all-white interior with nice light fixtures and multiple TVs, none of them were turned on, which added to the awkward atmosphere.
During the massage, the table shook so much that it knocked a book and soda off, and no one bothered to clean it up. There was also a miscommunication about my nail color, so they had to redo it, and the staff showed attitude throughout the process. I was moved to another chair, which was uncomfortable, and they kept yanking my hand around.
To make matters worse, there was goo all over my hands, and they didn’t even clean it up. Overall, the customer service was terrible, and I left feeling extremely frustrated. I wouldn’t recommend Smiley Nail Salon unless they make some serious improvements.
