5 /5 Terri Becker: I had a fantastic experience at Haven Nail Studio! The space is beautifully designed, creating a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk in. One thing that really stood out was how helpful the nail techs were to each other—it was refreshing to see such teamwork and support among them. The music was also a great touch, with a perfect mix of Lionel Richie and Chris Stapleton playing in the background, making the experience even more enjoyable. My nails turned out beautifully, and they fit me in right away for an appointment, which was a huge plus. I highly recommend Haven Nail Studio for both the quality of service and the overall vibe!

I did a walk in, was greeted right away and did not have to wait (there were only a few other customers currently in the salon) They did an excellent job on my hands & feet. Completed my mani with my pedi, but it wasn’t awkward or rushed. Staff was warm, kind, and did an amazing job.

5 /5 Lisa Zeigler: Love this nail salon. Over the last 12 yrs with getting my nails done, I truly have found a place that fits my needs. I love that they are family and actually care about you as a client. They genuinely ask about you and your family, share about their families and you end up having a wonderful conversation, rather than just sitting in silence. I love that they will help you with picking the right color, double check that the length of nails is right and if you’re happy with your color. I have never felt that they were rushing to finish. I have had Joli (sorry if I misspelled it) Olivia, and Jay do my dipped nails, and would recommend all three of them!

1 /5 Geniya Talsky: Not sure why so many people are leaving 5 star reviews. I went in for a pedicure on a whim with my daughter. Called ahead to make sure they had the time available. They said yes come on in. They should have said NO! My gel pedicure started after my daughter was completely done and drying. The woman who started mine was so Focused on getting me done as fast as possible that she refused to listed when I said NO to having my gel drilled off. I asked repeatedly for it to be soaked off and in the end after she tried 3 times to drill off I demanded someone else listed. She finally set it up to be soaked but within a minute of wrapping my toes she was taking them off and using a coarse file to get the gel off! She then proceeded to clip my nails so short that one toenail was cut beyond the nail bed. I said enough and refused to let her butcher my toe nails anymore. All this was with dry toes, not in the water not anything. Absolutely horrible!!! And frankly if she works there, clearly the owners/manager are okay with the service she provides so that told me everything I needed to know to NEVER go back. Picture is after a full week of healing!!! They charged me for a kid pedicure and for a gel removal. HA! Reply to salon: thank you for explaining what needs to happen with the top coat. Please explain that to your tech. No thank you to the offer of another chance, I do not want to have my nails ruined again.
