    Terri Becker: I had a fantastic experience at Haven Nail Studio! The space is beautifully designed, creating a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk in. One thing that really stood out was how helpful the nail techs were to each other—it was refreshing to see such teamwork and support among them. The music was also a great touch, with a perfect mix of Lionel Richie and Chris Stapleton playing in the background, making the experience even more enjoyable. My nails turned out beautifully, and they fit me in right away for an appointment, which was a huge plus. I highly recommend Haven Nail Studio for both the quality of service and the overall vibe!

    Brittany Mangum: I’ve tried out almost every nail place in the area. Gave this one a shot as I pass it every day anyways. It was well worth trying! I got my nails done a week ago (at A+ nails in Gainesville) and experienced bad lifting. So I came here today. The technician I got today (I believe her name was Nancy) absolutely AMAZING. We decided on a design together and she absolutely nailed it! Highly recommend and I will be returning! EDIT: it has now been 1 week since my new set from Nancy, no lift, no color loss, my nails still look brand new! I finally found MY nail salon ❤️

    Bitsey Ann: If I could rate this Zero stars, I would. I went here to have my nails done 3 days before attending a wedding. After 2 days, this is what my fingers looked like, the polish cracked and falling off and the cuticles had not been trimmed. Not only was it an awful job, I was charged $35 more that what I was told before I had the mani-pedi. At no point during the services did my technician tell me it would cost more. I will NEVER step foot in here again, and warn people to STAY AWAY!

    Mandy Petty: Cindy has been phenomenal! I went in a couple weeks ago to have my nails removed and dipped again. She did a fabulous job and was great about reminding me to join the rewards program for discounts! Today I had to go back in because unfortunately the top coat of my nails were chipping just barely two weeks later. Fortunately, I brought this to her attention and she immediately offered to buff & fix the top layer of my nails as well as trim them down to give me another week or two of these gorgeous nails before my next visit, free of charge! That is absolute top notch customer service and I DEFINITELY plan to return. Thank you so much Cindy! *photo is from tonight’s touch up*

Being new to the area I asked for recommendations on Flower Mound cares for recommendations . Sutera kept popping up over and over by women in the community, so I decided to give it a try! The staff was very warm and inviting when I walked in. They had me switch to their robe and shoes and before I knew it my massage therapist Louisa was waiting on me. I am not even kidding when I say it was the best massage I have ever had! I felt like a new woman when I was done! Next, I headed to my facial with Amy and it was excellent too. She was so nice and I left with my skin feeling so fresh and clean. This place is very busy so its not like you can call and just go in. I recommend you booking an appointment, but it was a overall fantastic experience! I will be back!
