2 /5 Karla Todd: The young lady that did my waxing was great, she was professional and apologetic for the atmosphere. I’m new to the area, I called for directions and the receptionist had no clue, she acted as though I was an idiot for even asking, condescending. I later found out she is a high school student and a relative of the owner. This is fine but she should have asked someone else to assist me. On top oh that she was rude and disrespectful when I arrived. Ok she’s a kid I understand. But this is a business.
There was children in the spa, employees kids from what I understand. I guess no daycare being it was Thanksgiving week. They were running in the hall, screaming and playing. That’s what kids do, no problem but not at a spa, not where people are trying to relax and enjoy a facial

I did speak to the owner, I hate leaving bad reviews. She is a sweet young lady but she totally disregard my concerns, stated the receptionist is very young and the “ kindest human ever”. ( it’s her family of course she’s going to say that). She is a young high school girl, instead of making excuses teach her people skills, teach her phone skills, she’ll need them in life. Regarding the kids running around the spa, she simply stated “ we are a mom and pops business and do the best we can”. Unfortunately people don’t have daycare to watch their kids, maybe make extra room for the kids to stay in, or reschedule appointments, sad but it is the way it is. This young owner is doing the best she can but needs to take in account people go to her spa to relax. Not get stressed out. Sorry won’t be back.
