Good To Go Barbershop - Boerne (TX)

1 /5 Alex Gruber: Best cut in town! Vet owned (a Marine, I wont hold it against him) and very nice shop. We will be back... Go Navy! ****Follow up August 2024**** Had an appointment scheduled for my son and I was called into work (as the owner knows, when duty calls, we respond) and had to miss a scheduled appointment. Asked my wife to call to reschedule. The person on the phone berated her for missing the appointment and told her that a fee would be charged for any future appointments, then canceled our appointment the next day. What once was a fantastic barbershop has lost a pair of customers, for good. I love supporting our local small business, especially veteran owned, however I cannot support a business that treats customers this way.

1 /5 Jackson LaFeir: A one star review was left here about someone’s boyfriend who had a bad experience. I’m the boyfriend, and I tried to detail my experience here but I used up the character limits and wasn’t even halfway through. If that doesn’t tell you how much I have to say about this, then i don’t know what does. As for my girlfriend leaving a review, I had a very bad experience and obviously told her about it. I don’t control what she does at all let alone reviews she leaves lol. She left the review on her own to be supportive, similar to the review left by the husband whose wife was berated. We all need people in our lives that will stick up for us, so i’m grateful for it. Lastly, you responded to her saying that I used the bathroom for fifteen minutes, she wasn’t there and “there’s always the other side to the story.” Mr. owner, you weren’t there either, so how would you know what happened? I also didn’t use the bathroom at all, in fact i’m not even sure where the bathroom is and i’ve been getting my haircut there since it started out as hauptstrasse. Lies and hypocrisy from a marine, really sucks to see.

5 /5 Quinton Hons: Good To Go Barbershop hits the mark for cleanliness, professionalism, exceptional service, and an effortlessly cool atmosphere. Jays been my go-to barber for three cuts now, and each visit has been stellar. Everyone there is extremely professional and talented, and their website makes booking an appointment a breeze. Good To Go Barbershop will be my go to from here on. 5 stars!

5 /5 Joel Davis: I know its an unspoken rule of barbershops to schedule an appointment before going in. I was in a pinch and needed a haircut. I did not schedule ahead like a dumb dumb. They fit me right in and did an awesome job with my hair!
