5 /5 Abi W: First time coming here and I was impressed! The salon is very clean and there was no wait on a busy Saturday, the staff stayed on top of everything without making you feel rushed. My technician Long did an amazing job with the foot massage and French tip. I think people might find the massage to be more intense than another salon, but I think that’s what makes this salon stand out. The wooden tool used to release pressure points was new to me and I loved it! Long made sure to check that the temperature was good for me before placing any hot towel, wax, or stones, which was thoughtful and appreciated. Very relaxing experience, I highly recommend Ciel for a luxury experience at a reasonable price.
