Lanie Plumlee: My eyebrows are entirely way too thin and extremely uneven. My reason for coming here was the fact that I have been doing my own eyebrows and they seemed uneven to me (not majorly but enough to where I noticed). I let her know that and she took it upon her self to thin them out extremely thin and make the unevenness 100 times worse. I have never been so unhappy with a service in my life. I burst into tears in the shop and still had to pay. One of my eyebrows is way higher than the other one and I genuinely look like I am suspicious all the time. The front of both brows are two completely different shapes and I also cannot understand why the brows are thinner at the front then get bigger towards the end. The line was added to show how uneven they are and I also added a picture of what my eyebrows looked like before. I was not asked if I am okay with thinning them, changing the shape, or really anything. Beyond disappointed.

There aren’t enough stars for me to give him He was WONDERFUL!! He really took the time explaining what he was going to and made sure I was comfortable at all times! I’ve been going to locations for years to get my hair colored but I will go ONLY to him now!! Hold onto him Ulta because I’d follow him anywhere!! I told he’s my new best friend. My hair looks and feels great! All the staff was very nice and helpful but Jorge is the BEST!!!
