Lots of things made this experience enjoyable but here are some highlights: 1) The fact that Konstantine took the time to take in what I was saying; 2) He communicated with me throughout the entire process and made sure I was okay with the joint decision-making; and, 3) He proceeded to meticulously cut my hair both wet and dry… This shows me how experienced and considerate he is in his craft. I have difficult hair to cut - its very curly and thick but somehow Tristan always knows what to do with it.
