Lots of things made this experience enjoyable but here are some highlights: 1) The fact that Konstantine took the time to take in what I was saying; 2) He communicated with me throughout the entire process and made sure I was okay with the joint decision-making; and, 3) He proceeded to meticulously cut my hair both wet and dry… This shows me how experienced and considerate he is in his craft. My hair turned out beautifully. He gave me tips, showed me how to attempt to reproduce the end result at home. And, I am so happy. I will be back! Thank you! Tiffany

I have difficult hair to cut - its very curly and thick but somehow Tristan always knows what to do with it. I provide him with minimal direction and lots of freedom and he always hits the nail on the head! I cant say enough good things about him!

2 /5 M Freeman: I went to see Lynn for root color. I only had two requests: for the color to be darker than those current color and for it to not be warm. She assured me it would be. However, it turned out to be lighter and warmish. She didn’t acknowledge either of these after seeing my final results. You can clearly see the line where the new color was applied. It is lighter and doesn’t blend. What in the world? This place has awesome reviews. WHY? Will not be back. Need someone more experienced.

1 /5 Leslie Trevino: Got my hair cut and a balayage here a little over a month ago, was very nervous going into the appointment because I’d never gotten my hair cut by someone different in a long time so I choose to go with their highest tier stylist. I showed him pictures of what I wanted, long layers to add more volume and a balayage to add dimension. When he finished I didn’t love it but didn’t say anything because I thought it might’ve just been my anxiety and a new look I needed to get used to. But now it’s a month later and I just honestly hate it. It is the choppiest haircut I’ve every gotten, it literally looks like a ladder in certain areas so it’s a nightmare to style. Plus I was charged for a full balayage when only half of my hair was colored. Overall 0/5 stars and will never ever go back. I can’t wait for my hair to grow out a little more so I can go get it fixed somewhere else.
