1 /5 Kathrine Bonfiglio: Worst experience ever. Do not let Anna touch your hair. I went in with a very very light blonde hair with a lot of white. All natural. The back was not changing color at the same rate, so I needed a touch up the back highlights to help it blend. She turned it a purple hue the first try by using a 20 minute toner on it when a toner was not needed. When I told it was much darker than my hair and had a purple hue, she first said its just because its wet, like I do not know what my hair looks like wet. She then said she could take that back out. She tried even going so far as the bring another customer back whose hair was the natural shade the front if my hair had been. So I thought we were on the right track. I ended up with a ashy pink color that she would fall out but didnt know how long that would take. She proceeded to argue you that ALL highlights will have a green, blue or purple hue. Where did she train at and how did the other hair dresser do the highlights that were correct as she only had to do the new growth? I will now have to wash my hair several times to try to get nasty color out and then dye the whole thing to fix this mess. So no I would not ever use this place or trust it.
