Beau Turnock When I lived in Atlanta, a cut and color from a super well- publicized salon was limp spaghetti ( and over $400). I found Amber Collins in the small town of Acton, and it was like she took my dead and damaged hair and performed Cinderella magic on this bedraggled step-sister. We clicked at once, and although I am not super trendy, she understands me and my hair needs and I love the services at ABella Grande more than a top salon advertised in all the high fashion hair style books. Quality speaks for itself, and they do NOT let customers leave without being satisfied with their services. Co-operation is a 2 way street and they go the extra mile or more!!!

Diane Ford I went in and saw Naomi Carkin for a Brazilian Blow out, during this process her flat iron broke. My hair never took the process. She used someone else’s flat iron. It never got hit enough. I contacted Naomi and she never offered to correct or refund. Very disappointed. Paid $312.00 for absolutely nothing.

B Big Have been getting my hair cut here for almost 20 years. Perfect evey time! Outside of the exceptional service and quality of hair (and beard) cut, the thing j love about this place is its old time feel. You really are at a true barber shop! The conversation is always unpredictable and always entertaining! If you are looking for a great place to get a haircut, this is the place!

Barry Byington Not been in a real barber shop in years. Stopped in today around 1330 and noticed right away the fire fighter turnout gear, helmets and motif; with the banter while I waited (which was NO issue...I enjoyed it) and immediately felt like I was in one of my fathers stations in Houston (he was a District Chief). Great cut and conversation....he definitely is a pro. Ill definitely be back.....

Tiffany Doss my teenage son wanted a new place to cut his hair hes always gone to greatclips well its a litte more like almost $10 more and he said they were nice kinda. hes 16 and dont let momma go in with him anymore so I dont know how they are. I know he went in looking like shaggy came out looking like Justin beiber lol

Martina Very talented beauticians here. The haircut we selected from a picture on the wall is the exact same one we got. Although walk-ins are welcome, I highly recommend making an appointment ahead of time; otherwise, waiting times can exceed one hour.

Trent Wright One of the best hair cut places around. Made the mistake of letting someone else cut my hair when they were to busy which was mistake. Ill wait for an opening. Suggest making an appointment

Allemond JoAnna “Magik darlin” Riley us absolutely amazing. Its like it takes her no effort to give you an awesome haircut.Its been a while since I was able to trust anyone with my hair.Shes cute as a button to with a great personality. Anthony Shane McKenzie Classic Cuts is more than just a hair place. Its like CHEERS where everybody knows your name. And theyre always glad you came. Tanya, Riley and the girls are so much fun to talk to and Riley did such a good job on my weave. My dreads look killer!

Celicia Shelton The ladies here are absolutely wonderful! I took both of my daughters to get their hair cuts to donate, and the stylists were wonderful. The atmosphere is inviting and it was great to chat with them. Theyre also knowledgeable and did exactly what my daughters and myself requested.

Kristen Hardin I love Head 2 Toe! Audrie is great. She is my go-to for massages. I have tried a lot of LMTs and she is my favorite. She does great work. I always leave feeling refreshed and renewed. I also appreciate that she is flexible. I have been in BAD need of a massage several times and she was able to get me in that same day. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Javier Avalos Was my first time there and I explained what I needed done to my hair and she combed it the way she wanted. Yes thats right, she just wet it and hardly cut anything, she combed it more than she cut. Very inexperienced. The bad thing is I gave her a good tip before she started. Will definitely not be returning.

Cody Bierman When I moved here from Arizona, I had to leave behind the only barber I completely trusted with my beard. Tragic, I know. Since I’m bald, my beard is my only chance at having a good hair day, so I’m extra picky about who touches it. I tried a few places around town, and let’s just say… not everyone should be allowed near a trimmer. Then I found Jen Z at Polished Men, and the search was over! She consistently does an amazing job, every time, my beard looks sharp, sculpted, and downright majestic. The shop is always spotless, the ladies are friendly and the whole place has a great vibe. If you’re looking for top-tier beard work from people who actually know what they’re doing, Polished Men is the spot. Just don’t book up all of Jen’s time… I still need my appointments!

William Reed Emily took me as a walk in. After discussing what my hairstyle usually entails she did an incredible job of cutting and styling my hair as well as discussing ways to take care of it between cuts. I was very impressed by her service all the way around and will definitely be a return customer.

Ashley Herring We went in for my daughter to get a well needed hair cut. She has really long hair and has wanted it cut and layered for so long. It turned out so good. They had to do a dry cut to fit her in as a walk in. However, Angela took her time to make it look amazing. We will definitely be back!

Julianne Love Horrible and terrible experience! She first rescheduled me due to a family emergency which I understood completely. THEN she rescheduled again 12-26 3 hours before my appt time with no reason why. I had changed holiday plans for this appt. We rescheduled for today at 10 AM and she is MIA. I’ve texted, called and shown up to her salon with no lights on and locked doors. Wow. Wasted my time now 3x with no courtesy of a text or call. Grow up and stop partying if you can’t handle your clients. Or don’t schedule appts around the holidays if you aren’t mature or professional enough to run your own business. Completely awful and so ridiculously unprofessional. Never experienced this in the industry in my life.

Nicki Bonds Niki highlighted and cut my hair! She did an amazing job, will definitely be returning. My hair turned out just like my inspiration pic!! She is super friendly and keeps it REAL, so I immediately felt comfortable and had fun hanging out at the salon!

Holly What a find! After receiving several beauty salon suggestions in a new town, I chose Shear Beauty. I have nothing but praise for them. Staff is amazing, price is right and I love my hair every visit. Shelby is my girl!

Gab B 3rd time there. Friendly stylists but they don’t give you what you asked for or don’t do it right. Also really rough with my hair when brushing it. After this visit I literally could not brush through my hair without it breaking off for days. It was painful to even brush once I finally got to after two weeks and even then my hair still was falling out. I had to leave it be after a bath or shower because I was so damaged from whatever they did to it. Offered to fix it for me but i would rather not have them touch my hair considering this wasn’t the first time and this was supposed to be the visit where they fix it... Kathrine Bonfiglio Worst experience ever. Do not let Anna touch your hair. I went in with a very very light blonde hair with a lot of white. All natural. The back was not changing color at the same rate, so I needed a touch up the back highlights to help it blend. She turned it a purple hue the first try by using a 20 minute toner on it when a toner was not needed. When I told it was much darker than my hair and had a purple hue, she first said its just because its wet, like I do not know what my hair looks like wet. She then said she could take that back out. She tried even going so far as the bring another customer back whose hair was the natural shade the front if my hair had been. So I thought we were on the right track. I ended up with a ashy pink color that she would fall out but didnt know how long that would take. She proceeded to argue you that ALL highlights will have a green, blue or purple hue. Where did she train at and how did the other hair dresser do the highlights that were correct as she only had to do the new growth? I will now have to wash my hair several times to try to get nasty color out and then dye the whole thing to fix this mess. So no I would not ever use this place or trust it.

Graves Account Ive had to schedule with 3 diff. ladies from shear beauty due to my schedule. All did fabulous jobs! All were super sweet! All were great price! I feel like u cant go wrong with anyone from here. Seems like each stylist is well qualified.

Baljit Silve I was attending a wedding and wanted an up-do last minute and after ready reviews was nervous about coming to this salon however it recommended by the brides friend. So I braved it and went. Lorena did a fantastic job and I had to write a review to overturn the bad review this salon had had a long time ago. She was professional, fun to chat to and my hair looked fabulous! I showed her a picture and she did the exact same up-do I wanted - a side bun with a side hair braid.

Wendy Braswell Excellent service and very cute and clean BUT my hair was uneven and choppy. I went back and she evened it out but its still a horrible cut. Nothing like my picture. Thankfully I kept it long enough to put in a ponytail until I can go get it fixed somewhere else. Sad because I loved the owner. I really wanted it to be good...but it just wasnt!

Hallie Parsons Been taking my 2 year old to see Ethan and Tiffany for the last year, mullet with side fades need routine care. They are both very patient but also informative of safety during the cut. Getting a 2 year old to sit still in general is difficult, the fact the hair stylists can with all the noise and distractions is phenomenal work.

d M This wont be going back. My lady didnt cut my bangs at all. So now I have to do it myself. She cut 1/2 on top instead of 1 like i asked. Said a 2 on sides she went long bc she liked it better. Plus, she cut her finger as well. Now, i did say i put on a hat right after. But this time, I needed to bc it was so bad. Update Also, my kids pointed out I have a bold spot now as well. The manager called me and told me. I shouldnt expect quality from their new stylists. I should have my own stylists by now and not just get one that is first available. I also got a free haircut now as well. Like Im ever going back. Even my wife said it was the worst haircut ever. Im just glad my hat does cover it all up.

Steven Young This is the only place I go to get my hair cut.Tiffany D. is the only one I let cut my hair.She is the only one that I have found to do it correctly. She is always in a great mood,conversation is always good,she runs the place in a top notch fashion.Everyone should go see the crew up there and get that nappy head of hair back in control.

Pia Christian The manager is soooo condescending to her employees. Went in to get my son and husbands haircut. Signed them both in and waited in the empty lobby for the hairstylists to finish. An older gentleman came in about 15 minutes into our wait. After both the manager and employee finished their haircuts they proceeded to call my husband and the old man back. I asked if I had signed my son in wrong because he was before the older gentleman in the list and explained how I had signed him in. She responded very rude telling me that what I explained was the right way and that he was on the list. (Adding that I know the older gentleman did not already sign in because he was asked to sign in by the manager when she didn’t see him on the list.) I gave her a questioning look and she just rolled her eyes and went back to my husband. My husband was trying to explain the way he likes his haircut (buzzer on the sides and scissors on top because of his curly hair) he mentioned they used scissors on his hair before to which she replied the picture he showed her wasn’t a scissor cut. At that point I realized she wasn’t really listening to him anyways so I got my husband and son and left. I told her as I left that she should be nicer to her employees in front of customers. She got the employee to run out after me to tell me it was okay and that’s just how she talks. I don’t care how she talks she’s rude as hell and I will not be spending my money there ever again while she’s still employed there! Went to great clips and found out about the never ending barrage of patrons they get from the rude manager here! And I see why!

jktexan Went in for a simple layered trim and left with an uneven, terrible haircut! They bragged about making 91 haircuts today. You can’t give quality cuts when you’re rushing people in and out! Will not go back.

Pia Christian Amazing staff! My son has special needs and was feeling very negatively after a bad experience at sports clips. I didn’t get her name but the lady with the blonde and pink hair got my son in and out and he was smiling and laughing the whole time. She did his hair like she’d been doing it all his life. The lady with the long brown hair was amazing with my husband who had long hair for a long time and is still self conscious when cutting his hair. He said he just felt happier after leaving. Both their haircuts were exactly what we asked for. Also props to the lady with the short brown hair! We didn’t have much interaction but she just seemed so happy and loving her job! Anytime my son looked at her she was smiling and just radiating joy! We have found our new hair salon for the boys!

mak g we’ve been going here for quite awhile, but today was our last. my five year old received a haircut and upon leaving, complained about scratches on his neck. i assumed it was because of loose hair. after his bath, i noticed five little cuts, very mild bleeding. i called to make them aware. i wasn’t sure if it was a new lady or a blade issue; either way, i figured it was best if they knew, so whatever issue could be fixed. they didn’t seem to care, just made various excuses. no apology was given for accidentally hurting my child, so we will not be back. i suggest you don’t go either.

Clydene Cooper I would give her a -10. She cut my hair to a length to 1 inch all over and I only wanted like .25 inch cut off. Now I have to wear a hat full time that says BAD HAIR DAY. I feel like I was scalped. Do not go to the lady next to Sherry!!!
