They are both very patient but also informative of safety during the cut. Getting a 2 year old to sit still in general is difficult, the fact the hair stylists can with all the noise and distractions is phenomenal work.

1 /5 d M: This wont be going back. My lady didnt cut my bangs at all. So now I have to do it myself. She cut 1/2 on top instead of 1 like i asked. Said a 2 on sides she went long bc she liked it better. Plus, she cut her finger as well. Now, i did say i put on a hat right after. But this time, I needed to bc it was so bad. Update Also, my kids pointed out I have a bold spot now as well. The manager called me and told me. I shouldnt expect quality from their new stylists. I should have my own stylists by now and not just get one that is first available. I also got a free haircut now as well. Like Im ever going back. Even my wife said it was the worst haircut ever. Im just glad my hat does cover it all up.

5 /5 Steven Young: This is the only place I go to get my hair cut.Tiffany D. is the only one I let cut my hair.She is the only one that I have found to do it correctly. She is always in a great mood,conversation is always good,she runs the place in a top notch fashion.Everyone should go see the crew up there and get that nappy head of hair back in control.

1 /5 Pia Christian: The manager is soooo condescending to her employees. Went in to get my son and husbands haircut. Signed them both in and waited in the empty lobby for the hairstylists to finish. An older gentleman came in about 15 minutes into our wait. After both the manager and employee finished their haircuts they proceeded to call my husband and the old man back. I asked if I had signed my son in wrong because he was before the older gentleman in the list and explained how I had signed him in. She responded very rude telling me that what I explained was the right way and that he was on the list. (Adding that I know the older gentleman did not already sign in because he was asked to sign in by the manager when she didn’t see him on the list.) I gave her a questioning look and she just rolled her eyes and went back to my husband. My husband was trying to explain the way he likes his haircut (buzzer on the sides and scissors on top because of his curly hair) he mentioned they used scissors on his hair before to which she replied the picture he showed her wasn’t a scissor cut. At that point I realized she wasn’t really listening to him anyways so I got my husband and son and left. I told her as I left that she should be nicer to her employees in front of customers. She got the employee to run out after me to tell me it was okay and that’s just how she talks. I don’t care how she talks she’s rude as hell and I will not be spending my money there ever again while she’s still employed there! Went to great clips and found out about the never ending barrage of patrons they get from the rude manager here! And I see why!
