1 /5 Alexander Worthington-Lee: Dr. A is fantastic but the staff is extremely disorganized, poorly trained, and completely oblivious to the concept of giving patients a good experience.
Three staffers where at front desk area when I arrived. One was busy chatting with another patient, the other two were busy talking to each other. I stood there for several minutes and no one cared to acknowledge me until their conversations were finally over. A “hello, welcome, we’ll be with you in a moment” would have been enough.
I was then directed to sit in the nurse appointments waiting area. It didn’t take long to be called in; but was frustrating to immediately be told that the scheduling staff made a mistake because the kind of test I came in for needs to performed early in the day. It was the middle of the afternoon.
Thankfully the nurse felt bad that my time and hers had been wasted, so she offered to squeeze me in on a day that’s convenient for me.
Go if you want a great, friendly, and professional doctor. Skip if you expect the place to be run by people who know what they are doing.
