5 /5 Sarena Wright: I loved the salon and everyone who worked there. The salon was beautiful and the environment was a great happy vibe. All the stylist are knowledgeable and kind. Jayla and her assistant performed a curly treatment and cut on my hair. They provided me so much information regarding how to upkeep my hair health and what products are good to use. I flew from out of state to come here and I would gladly do it over again.!!! If you haven’t already been here I suggest you run to the site and book an appointment.

3 /5 Patricia Campbell: I decided this salon because of the reviews, but was disappointed. I had an appointment scheduled for 330 w Heaven.. I waited 45 minutes before asking how much longer. The total wait past my appointment was 1 hour. When I got in the chair I wasnt really sure what I wanted but for a 200$ cut I thought maybe the stylist would tell me what she thought was best since its her profession. Heaven then told me I needed a protein treatment which was a 50$ charge so of course Id like to be educated why instead of feeling like she was out for my money. She got an attitude, I had to ask her was she okay before we started my appointment because I assumed what I was paying for came with some kind of information without an attitude. Also I dont want anyone with an attitude in my hair, there was another young lady (employee) that walked up to her while she was washing my hair and asked her was she okay... long story short I left with crunchy curls which I wasnt hoping for 330 was my appointment, didnt leave until almost 7pm. I guess you cant really trust reviews. 3 stars because her attitude did get better but still very disappointed by the service, and the lack of care for peoples time.

5 /5 Vickie Warner: Salon Rose is absolutely amazing. Taylor is the best!!!! She is truly a professional. She does the curly cut on my 15 year old and we could not be happier. Taylor is worth her weight in gold. The entire staff is amazing. Love these ladies!!!!

2 /5 Jade Jones: I have been to Salon Rose four times now. I have had great experiences and results the first three times until today were great. Today I came in for an appointment at 12:30pm with a stylist named Taylor. I came in early around 12pm. Through she was a little over 20 minutes late for my appointment with her, she was nice and professional. I booked a blowout with curls. My blowout didnt even last the rest of the day after my appointment despite leaving with my hair wrapped and with a plastic cap over my head. Within the last 10 minutes, I just took off the wrap and the plastic cap and one side of my head is puffy and looks as if it has just been blowdried. I will be contacting you guys tomorrow morning regarding this matter. I am very disappointed and very dissatisfied with the results this evening because the last time I got a blow out, it was perfect and lasted for days following my appointment.
