I booked with Mori and she walked me through different options that would work best with my hair type. I have very curly hair that I often wear straight and she gave me a cut that works well with both. I highly recommend!

1 /5 Shachi Upadhyay: I absolutely hate this place. I am new in Texas and this place is very close from house so I thought of giving it a chance to this place. Two things I wanted: 1. Curtain bangs 2. Dark maroon hair color. I ended up getting is fringes and some nasty hair color on me which has been ruining everything I wear. I have washed my hair 3 time ever since I have had it done and its still ruining my clothes. Mind you this place is not cheap then why do they use cheap colors on their clients? I am very disappointed. I told the hair stylist right after my hair cut that I do not like it, this is not what I wanted. I am so upset about going to this place. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO HERE. I do not trust their employees or products they apply on clients. 2nd visit - Store owner Cristina called me and asked me to revisit the salon and fix whatever I didn’t like in my last visit. Cristina had Avery hair stylist fix my hair color and fix the hair cut which was ruined the first time. I am pretty happy for taking off that red on my head and give me the color which is closets to my natural hair color. Unfortunately fringes couldn’t be more fixed but Avery did style my hair better. Thanks for calling me back Cristina.

I was hesitant at first because my hair is curly, and I have a hard time trusting others to do it right. But the cut and color are just perfection every time. The first one was right on my friend’s birthday. We had to arrange our schedules for these appointments, it’s not like we can just go. I have been to many salons in the area over the last couple of years that I have lived here and had a difficult time finding anybody who could get my hair to the blonde that I wanted. After coming here, Dena did an amazing job and got exactly what I wanted. She also did my hair for my wedding and it was absolutely gorgeous and lasted the entire day and the entire evening. Paola Trujillo: One word, unprofessional. I sent a loved one there, expecting it to be a smooth experience, and once they arrived, the staff immediately took a walk in, a “regular client” they said. When my loved one already had an appt at 12. And told me them to wait MIN. 30 minutes. I’d came here before to get a perm and it just burned my hair, and did no curls. Waste of 120$ I’ll never get back. Grow up as a business and maybe be more mm ..what’s the word empathic? That’s what the Beauty Industry is for. To make someone feel good about them selves not make them basically bawl walking out of a mid not even high end salon. Please go to Matique Salon Preston. It’s so close and 17386364 times better .
