1 /5 Ann Wilkie: Save yourself grief and money. I bought 2 Groupons so I can give my friend one as a birthday gift. They canceled both of our appointments twice. The first one was right on my friend’s birthday. We had to arrange our schedules for these appointments, it’s not like we can just go. I still have not heard anything from them and not getting my money back. What a scam.

5 /5 Krystal Blackwell: I went in for a Japanese head spa treatment. It will first start with relaxation in a massage chair. I wanted to take it home with me. Next you will be taken to a private massage room where you will receive your relaxing head spa treatment and massage. This is a private small business owned by a husband and wife team. They were absolutely fantastic. All their products are custom organic and made in house and smell delicious. Thank you so much for the escape from reality.

If your favorite part of getting your haircut is the head massage or you carry your tension from the shoulders up, then you will love this. Great husband/wife team - love supporting family businesses. Space is new & no frills, but service can’t be beat. Will definitely go again

5 /5 Miranda Bergenstrahle: One of the best haircuts I’ve gotten in years!! I have fine 2c to 3a hair and I haven’t always had the best of luck with going to hair salons for a cut. Took a chance and booked Cordell Christian Organic Salon - the organic hair products that they used and the cut of my hair is all 10/10. Even now a couple of months after, my hair has been growing out beautifully. Will definitely be going back soon again for a touch up.

1 /5 Lisa Cook: SCAM!! Purchased the Groupon as a gift. I scheduled the appointment and a little less than two hours before the appointment, they called to cancel the appointment. My daughter took the day off of work for this appointment AND for a mom and daughter day. She’s a full time college student PLUS she works full time. Monday through Thursday she’s in school and Wednesday through Sunday she works. She does NOT have a day off so she was looking forward to this appointment and us hanging out. I called to reschedule the appointment THEY cancelled. They gave me an option for the following day BEFORE her shift at work. We took it. I drove 25 minutes to get there and the address provided in the Groupon for Suite 16 was VACANT!! I called numerous times…no answer. They sent me a text over two hours AFTER the new appointment asking if we can reschedule and they would add an additional headspa on them. Don’t purchase a GROUPON with them!! Scamming money!! Wasted our time, gas, tolls and paid for a service that I need to dispute!!

Paola Trujillo: One word, unprofessional. I sent a loved one there, expecting it to be a smooth experience, and once they arrived, the staff immediately took a walk in, a “regular client” they said. When my loved one already had an appt at 12. And told me them to wait MIN. 30 minutes. I’d came here before to get a perm and it just burned my hair, and did no curls. Waste of 120$ I’ll never get back. Grow up as a business and maybe be more mm ..what’s the word empathic? That’s what the Beauty Industry is for. To make someone feel good about them selves not make them basically bawl walking out of a mid not even high end salon. Please go to Matique Salon Preston. It’s so close and 17386364 times better .

To my surprise, the owner was kind enough to come back to the salon just to accommodate me, which already showed how dedicated she is to her clients. I showed her a picture of the haircut I was hoping for, and she nailed it perfectly! She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and gave me the most amazing haircut. Not only did she do a fantastic job, but she was also such a sweet and warm person. On top of that, the price was very reasonable for such excellent service. I couldn’t be more pleased with my new look, and I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a professional haircut.

Everything I’ve tried (from the line of products she works with) has been a win & reasonably priced. The improvement in the health of my hair says it all. I can’t imagine why I’d ever go back to ammonia-based hair color/ bleach. Highly recommend!
