1 /5 Bryan Holgate: Came here twice. First time, We had to fix the haircut at home, the highlights were fine. Second time, devastating. My daughter grew out her hair for 12 weeks with the intent of having Balayage. She left with chunky STRIPES. And the "money maker" bangs were completely white. You shouldnt be able to count your highlights. The top of the highlights were splotchy. $306 and 2 hours for a mess that we are now fixing at home. I mean, was it bring your kid to work day and let them do your job? Livid. If you come here and they ask you for a stylist... "Do you want Momo? Say "Nono" Complete waste of time, money, and tears. And if Von Anthony decides to respond to this, look at my photo before you say anything more than "Sorry!"

5 /5 Holly: I definitely found a home at this salon! It can be a tough journey searching for a place and person you feel comfortable with doing your hair. But all the ladies here have been welcoming and make me feel comfortable every visit! Amanda has been cutting and coloring my hair and I always leave feeling happy and confident! Highly recommend if you have a particular style or want them to take the reins. You’ll get so many compliments

2 /5 Amber M: First time custom and will not return. I was charged for a Gloss that I didn’t ask for and was not told I was getting. The “light dusting” trim which was only to even the bottom of my hair without touching the layers was charged highest price of $108. Make sure you get the correct Shannon, there are two. My color did come out nice and the stylist seemed very determined to do his best even with his hands shaking.

5 /5 J B: Such a beautiful and clean salon. The staff are all very friendly. I see Avery for my regular hair stylist, she is so talented and sweet. Her work is amazing and she always makes me feel brand new. I highly recommend.

The first one was right on my friend’s birthday. We had to arrange our schedules for these appointments, it’s not like we can just go. I still have not heard anything from them and not getting my money back. What a scam.

I have been to many salons in the area over the last couple of years that I have lived here and had a difficult time finding anybody who could get my hair to the blonde that I wanted. After coming here, Dena did an amazing job and got exactly what I wanted. She also did my hair for my wedding and it was absolutely gorgeous and lasted the entire day and the entire evening. I cannot recommend her more, you will not regret coming and seeing her.

Sometimes I will sit in the chair for a few minutes discussing the pros and cons of my “next hairstyle”. Amanda has never been rude or impatient with me and her pricing has always been fair! Paola Trujillo: One word, unprofessional. I sent a loved one there, expecting it to be a smooth experience, and once they arrived, the staff immediately took a walk in, a “regular client” they said. When my loved one already had an appt at 12. And told me them to wait MIN. 30 minutes. I’d came here before to get a perm and it just burned my hair, and did no curls. Waste of 120$ I’ll never get back. Grow up as a business and maybe be more mm ..what’s the word empathic? That’s what the Beauty Industry is for. To make someone feel good about them selves not make them basically bawl walking out of a mid not even high end salon. Please go to Matique Salon Preston. It’s so close and 17386364 times better .

To my surprise, the owner was kind enough to come back to the salon just to accommodate me, which already showed how dedicated she is to her clients. I showed her a picture of the haircut I was hoping for, and she nailed it perfectly! She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and gave me the most amazing haircut. Not only did she do a fantastic job, but she was also such a sweet and warm person. On top of that, the price was very reasonable for such excellent service. I couldn’t be more pleased with my new look, and I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a professional haircut.
